While using this coffee machine, it was a struggle but nothing to difficulty of understanding. The pros of the machine was it was easy to use, it can extract coffee very well. The cons of the machine was the Porto filter, you need to buy a new it does not extract as lovely as when you buy one online. Over all, an excellent machine.

Works fantastic, the ONLY complaint i have is that theres plastic pieces and I'd rather not have boiling water moving through plastic.

Have been researching a espresso machine on line. Nothing too fancy, something to start with. Boy does this fit the bill. Love the SS exterior. It is an open box and I got a great price to boot. I did have to order a larger basket so I could pull a dble shot, but at the price, I am still way ahead of the game. It also does a great job steaming the milk. It did not come with an instruction book, but I was able to figure it out on line, I would recommend this unit to anyone starting out.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this machine. For the money it costs it is definitely top notch. It works great, haven't had any issues. I appreciate that it does not take up too much counter space. I ordered the stainless steel one for easier cleaning and aesthetics

I received this espresso coffee machine a week ago I must say I love it! Perfect for small servings Love the foam feature. The only con is having to bleed the machine after each use with milk.

I got this unit after researching quite a few machines. Thus far I am very happy with the quality. Very easy to use and with coffee shop results. I did pair it with a baratza grinder which I learned, and have experienced, is key. Works great and looks great on the counter.

I bought this item online just to practice at home when I’m not working at the coffee shop. Its great for the price! I bought it brand new but the one I was given some of the stuff were out of their plastic films. I didn’t think much of it until I saw a little crack in the “metal“ of the portafilter. Yes, I ignored it and proceeded to make an espresso. And yes, the portafilter blew up by the crack due to the pressure and burned me! Went back to Best Buy and they replace the whole unit with one that had all items in their corresponding plastic films. Worked great for 14 months until it stopped pushing water. I opened it up and found a burnt plastic socket that connects to the water tank heater. Why plastic nearby a very hot surface? I don’t know. Then I opened up the heater and found out a few spots where the tank has been rusting. YUCK! After all this, I found that the rust residue covered the gauge behind the group screen, hence the blockage. I cleared it all up, assembled it and it works again but I don’t feel safe using it anymore. Sucks because I liked this machine a lot and I always maintained it and descaled it regularly. Summarizing it all, this machine is very affordable and makes great espresso but will probably last you a year or two with daily use.

Great product! Makes espresso very well. I would look into buying "real" espresso baskets to use with this machine however. Without it still does very well, but grind size will need to be bigger for it to function

Nice machine. Makes great coffee. Easy to clean. Holds enough water for several cups of coffee.

I got this for my boyfriend for the holidays. We go out for cappuccino in the neighborhood every Saturday morning, but not anymore! This machine gives restaurant quality taste & great creme. Make sure to use about a #5 coffee grind and practice makes perfect!

This is my second time buying this machine. I bought the first one and kept it for 10 years but it eventually needed a very thorough cleaning and so we just bought a new one. Best Value for coffee loves, but maybe not for those trying to be their best barista.

Love it!!!! Easy to use, great coffee temp, great steam wand and build quality. It’s not automatic so you have to shut the espresso off when you want it to quit brewing/pulling a shot, but it’s great for home use.

Replaced an earlier model we had with this one, and it works great! Very easy to use, and makes great espresso shots!

This is a wonderful product. It makes coffee in just minutes. The size of the water tank allows you to make coffee without having to refill it every time. Great buy.

Easy to use beginner espresso machine. Took awhile to get use to. Sometimes gets stuck after I brew my espresso. Overall I love it. I’ve saved so much money in making my coffee at home! I would recommend this product.

I have a more expensive one and got this one for work. It is a good little machine. It does not have auto shut off per ahot of espresso so you have to turn the knob to the off position when you're satisfied with how mich has brewed into your cup. Otherwise, it is nice!
