Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reviews I read prior to buying were spot on - it will take a few attempts of trial and error to get it where you want it but after that it is a fantastic machine. Only reason not 5 stars is I wish the water reservoir was larger and the bean holder would be easier to clean out if you decided you want a different bean in the hopper you are pretty much stuck.

I’m not sure about the milk wand, I think the original specialista may have had a better steam stem then the prestigio. Overall we love it.

No more coffee shops

It does have a learning curve that can be overcome with practice and youtube. I have 2 gripes. I am not a fan of the plastic components on the machine; it can feel cheap. The bean hopper on top cannot be taken off without having to spill the beans. The milk frother is amazing and the boot up time is super fast.
