Produces Great espresso and crema. My only complaint is that it can't produce shots back to back, it needs a few minutes to cycle through. On the plus side it's highly customizable to give you the perfect grind size and amount and temperature.

Reviews I read prior to buying were spot on - it will take a few attempts of trial and error to get it where you want it but after that it is a fantastic machine. Only reason not 5 stars is I wish the water reservoir was larger and the bean holder would be easier to clean out if you decided you want a different bean in the hopper you are pretty much stuck.

Not as powerful of steam wand as I thought it would be, and if does end up with a lot of water in the drip tray when using. Ready to use with the push of a button, and super simple setup. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Great product. Fairly easy to use and produces good coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos. Wish it had a low water indicator before running out, but that has been the only drawback.

Large for a small countertop but makes great coffee. Perfect for the coffee lover.

We're using for small coffee shop. Pretty good but now after about 2 years (right after warranty is up) it's leaking.

It’s beautiful but I do wish you could remove the bean hopper and empty beans like you can on Breville. I’m not sure about the milk wand, I think the original specialista may have had a better steam stem then the prestigio. Overall we love it.

A nice machine for making coffee drinks. Espressos, cappuccinos, lattes and coffee come out great. Machine seems to be made well. Only negative is how long it takes to descale the machine which seems to be needed in one to two months depending on how often it is used and how hard your water is.

Good coffee machine, espresso. Very good quality and a fresh and alomatic coffee.

Once you get the hang of it you wont be spending money at coffee shops. It does have a learning curve that can be overcome with practice and youtube. I have 2 gripes. I am not a fan of the plastic components on the machine; it can feel cheap. The bean hopper on top cannot be taken off without having to spill the beans. The milk frother is amazing and the boot up time is super fast.

Great value for your money. Has some settings which make the machine not work well. You can overfill the ground espresso, for instance, which can essentially shut the machine down. But when you have it calibrated well, it works beautifully.

I think this is a great machine. If buyer is able, spend 200 more and get the successor to this machine because it takes care of several cons of this machine. Example, not being able to take the bean caddy off without the beans falling out. When removing the grind cleaning hatch, it will scratch the chrome on bean caddy as well as remove grinders #'s. De'Longhi is aware of these flaws and corrected them.

Ease of use is great. Very silent compared to other brands. Will definitely recommend it

Just a couple things, for some reason it didn't grind the beans the first few times I tried, but eventually it worked. Also, wish the water reservoir held more water.

Although is not perfectly set up from factory, it gives you the ability to customize the drinks to your specifics. Be prepared to pour 5 or 6 shots before getting in right but after that it delivers perfectly every single time.

I got this for my wife. Out of the box we had a little problem, but we got it fixed. So for we love it.

Great Product only issue was the Descaling Unit. Remember to always descale more than recommended.
