Disposable machne after a year of use it began to make trouble. /took it the authorized service in South Florida (Southern Electric) Even worse service after five months with the machine and charging more than $300 in advance did not repair the machine I have there three times and afterwards and same issue, so spend your money in some other brand. Too expensive for a disposable mechne///

Bought this machine as a replacement for the previous Magnifica EAM3400, which gave me good service for 6 years.
The automatization this machine offers is completely overshadowed by the details, anything from coffee beans not entering the ground chute (so you have to open the lid to push them manually) to the amount needed of milk or coffee to serve a different need or taste that differs from their terrible pre-set quantities.
No wonder this model is already discontinued from the manufacturer website. I regret spending this much money on automatization that ends being counterproductive to prepare a simple cup of coffee.

Grinder doesn’t feed properly

I have owned several Delonghis for a long time. This one makes a decent espresso and milk based coffee, but the grinder doesn’t get fed well and you have to push or stir the beans with your finger. Also, this model does not have a steam milk only option as most other delonghis do. I do like the new milk container cleaner, flip of a switch is better than the old push and hold type.
