The first Demon Gaze was a good game but had some faults that made me drop it for a while. Demon Gaze II seems to have rectified many of my complaints with the first game but the lack of character creation feels like a step back. The character and area designs are good, the story is pretty middle of the road.

If you like dungeon crawling RPGs and cool characters you'll enjoy this game, combat is a lot of fun and doesn't rely on grinding but strategy. Collecting demons is a lot of fun too.
