I bought this battery hoping it would help my Acer Aspire 5517 laptop extend my usage. It really didn't. There are more expensive replacements so maybe I should have spent more to get a longer lasting battery. On the good side the new battery did work! It just doesnt work for as long as I had hoped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
