Good for short term use

I ordered this battery for my older Dell laptop August 2017 and now it's only holding about a 10 minute charge. It never really held a decent charge from the start but I don't spend that much time on my computer anyway. But after a year I need to get another one and I'm going for it again due to the savings of $12.
