Ok video - great if you've not worked out before

If you've never worked out before pregnancy then this would be great. I have worked out regularly with Firm tapes and this did not challenge me at all (during week 13).
I can see this as a great thing to do daily when I'm in the late 2nd and my 3rd tri. There is no first tri segment.
You can increase intensity on the cardio somewhat and I do the weight training section twice with heavier weights than they use in the video. For now I'd rather modify my Firm tapes or follow the Firm beginner.

Easy to follow and easy on the back. I wouldve preferred more aerobic impact in the first trimester where you actually still have some energy.
