Read lots of reviews about receivers in this price range and decided to go with Denon because of past experiences with Denon. I have been very happy with my choice. Setup was very easy and the sound is excellent. For the price this is a very good option!

Great AV receiver good sound quality upscale is done well great features.

Good system. I was having my TV and Speakers installed and my old receiver was not suitable so I ran up to the Best Buy and bought the new receiver and ran it back to the house and had the installers set it up. Works great.

Easy set up, good video upscaling, HEOS feature works well. Also was able to get Amazon Alexa integration to work.

Great Sound and Power. Easy setup. Only bad thing is there is no manual and you have to get it online.

Took a long time to decide to buy this after reading many negative reviews about the HEOS app, but his was easy to set up and the app works perfectly, no problems for me. Am able to play music from the internet through my surround sound system and change source with ease. This is an awesome receiver, does everything i need and more

It has only been a week but so far...it was was easy to set up and sounds great.

This receiver is the best sounding receiver that I ever heard. I went to buy a different, more expensive receiver, but this receiver sounded much better for the music I listen to. I like the fact that at Best Buy you can listen to any combination of components that they have. I spent over an hour with a very helpful sales associate before I settled on the system that sounded the best to me.

This is a wonderful receiver but it is advertised as a true 7.2 with Dolby Atmos. Dolby atmos has 4 channels (2 rear and 2 front). There are only enough ports on this receiver to accompany a 5.2.4 - or a 7.2.0...In other words: You have to sacrifice the ear-level surround speakers to achieve the atmos setup. This was a huge downfall and really upset me when I figured it out.

This replaced my old Yamaha and it is awesome. Little pricey but worth it.

Almost looks like Onkyo setup. Offcourse Pioneer sold to Onkyo. The surround is so great when compared to RZ720 or NR757 , 555 and 777. Reading the reviews expected it to work powerfully. This is not the one quality I was looking for, planning to return it.

I bought the Receiver in order to hook up my TV, CD player and Sirius XM subscription. I can also run my outside speakers separately which is nice

I love the quality on Denon receivers. This is my second one and it has never disappointed. The only complaint I have with this model is the display. My previous receiver had three rows to display information, this one only has two so it abbreviates much of the text.

I'm kind of disappointed in this product and expected more from Denon. It was surprisingly difficult to set up, not impossible but not simple. The video selection is screwy and sort of does what it wants every time I turn things on. Perhaps there is some reason for this but I have yet to see a pattern. There is a default "set up your HEOS app" message that keeps showing up regardless of the fact that I've already done it. In all, the sound is good though and it does perform the functions I require but ultimately not super impressed

I recently got a new 4K Tv not realizing my current receiver was not able to pass the 4K Signal through. It was an older Marantz. I did a lot of research and looked at other Marantz receivers but the Denon x3400h was a much better fit for my entertainment system. It was so simple to set up. Works great!

We up graded from a 15 year old receiver, and can not believe what we were missing. It makes the 4K come alive, and the sound is fantastic. We did use the Geek Squad to help set up everything, to be sure it was done correctly, but it appeared to be easy enough to do on your own. Love it!!!

I feel my sound system is the best it could possible be. I truly am so very pleased. Was able to use my old speakers and the sound never sounded so good. Very pleased with the new Demon 7.2 system with HEOS system.

Great system, amazing sound. A little complicated to use all the features if you are not a tech savvy person. Luckily the system has basic settings for people like me, which makes it simple to use.

I couldn't ask more of this reasonably priced receiver that works well with my OLED Sony TV, 4k Blu-ray and music services. Puts out plenty of power and clarity and have been very happy with this purchase.
