Note: New model will be launching in June/July. This is basically a year old model.
Summery: if this is the experience you get from a brand new unit what happens when it fails 1 year into warranty.
Purchased X3200W locally and from an authorized dealer. It came DOA. Would power on but not output video.
Called Denon. since the retailer didn't have any more units to exchange.
First tech support rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager after he determined it was really dead. Note he didn't even ask for the model serial number.
Second call: tech support refused to transfer me to a manager but promised to start a email claim. I received the customer satisfaction email, but NOT the email to follow up for resolution that was promised within 1 hour of the call.
I purchased this to replace a 6 year old Denon unit that failed from a lightning strike. This company clearly does NOT stand behind their products anymore. If it is OK for multiple people to refuse to transfer to managers and hang up then clearly the mantra there is no where near customer service.
P.S. Denon. Don't reply with sorry for the service you had let me fix it. When I go through multiple calls/people and get the same behavior while trying to fix my DAY OLD receiver this is clearly an environment thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bought this unit, got it home, all set up and calibrated, then spent 2 days trying to get the wifi and bluetooth to work. Never did work. Returned it and bought the Sony 1050, works perfect.
