    It is a little glitchy sometimes but the Dolby Atmos is pretty good on this device using Definitive Technology speakers.

    I'm on my second 3600 and both have the same problem. With ARC enabled, there is no sound played when the TV is the selected input, and sometimes there is no sound on any input. Turning ARC off restores the sound, but I have to use an optical cable to use the TV sound as an input. This has been identical problem on 2 of these and I've tried it with different TVs and HDMI cables, so the only common element are the receivers. Strangely, this problem sometimes will resolve itself, only to go back within a few days. On the one that I foolishly kept past return time, now the CABLE HDMI input produces much less sound than any other input; if I move the cable HDMI to another input, it plays as loud as the other inputs, so it's not the cable box. I am thoroughly disappointed in the "quality" of current Denon products.

    Low use for less than 3 to 4 hours per day but the Unit stopped working in 17 months. No Audio or video signal. After unplugging restart and fail cycle- noo airflow issues-only one Service center in Florida- and customer pays shipping- my old Onkyo after 12 years still works at neighbors- ! Bought from Best buy 4-2019
