Better graphics, strong story, solid game play. One of my favorites. A bit high in price but with my gamers rewards i'll take it.

Graphics are on par with current generation of games. Gameplay is to busy along with overly complicated control set up. Pace of the game is slow, but it is an RPG. As an RPG the first person perspective fails it, in the story segments of the game it would have been better served in third person perspective. Overall pacing of the game, even with a good story, made this just an ok to average game at best.

THis will be a very familiar title for those who played Human Revolution on PS3. Amazing graphics, compelling story line, tons of augmentations to mess with. Overall a great game for a fan of Deus Ex

This game will keep you entertained if you like stealth games. It's not game of the year but it is still worth a play.

Multiple options on how to play (stealthy, all out guns, etc). Fun game and a decent price for such a recent release

Great game. Takes a little time to get into the story line, but once you do it's very involved and hard to put down.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is the fourth main installment ("main" meaning I'm not including the mobile spinoffs) in the Deus Ex video game series. Your enjoyment of this game will probably depend largely on your enjoyment of the prior games in the series, specifically Deus Ex: Human Revolution from 2011, given that DXMD is a direct sequel to DXHR, taking place a mere two years after the events of DXHR. Much like its predecessor, DXMD has you in the role of Adam Jensen, a human who has, without his consent, been upgraded with experimental mechanical augmentations. Following the fallout of DXHR, mechanically augmented humans are being cast out of society and discriminated against by natural humans. Adam's goal is to expose the conspiracy of the Illuminati, who have orchestrated the events of DXHR and DXMD from the shadows. To accomplish this, Adam has access to a wide variety of augmentations that allow you to modify your play style. You can choose to upgrade your weapon proficiency and defensive capabilities if you're looking to play the game as a first person shooter and go head on with enemy combatants. You can choose to upgrade your hacking abilities to change the environments in your favor and against the enemies. You can choose to upgrade your stealth capabilities to completely disappear from sight and never engage your enemies at all. You can also mix and match any of the above to discover your own preferred play-style. The keyword there was obviously "choice." That's what the DX games have always been, or at least tried to be, about. DXMD is a worthy follow-up to DXHR and would easily recommend it to a fan of the DX series. Non-fans may want to watch some videos of various playstyles to get a feel for whether or not they'll enjoy it.

The game is great by itself, it has good graphics. The story is fun, I just thought the game was missing something

If you played Human Revolution then this will be a continuation of that experience. I had a blast with Human Revolution, a great combination of 3rd/1st person shooter and stealth. Mankind Divided doesn't do much of anything new, graphically it's not cutting edge either, but since it's essentially a continuation of the great gaming experience provided by Human Revolution, it's worth picking up for anyone who was a fan of that game or of the series in general.

Games like Watch Dogs will always get better mainstream attention while games like Deus Ex hides in the shadows. If you never played a Deus Ex game then you are doing yourself a disservice. Deus Ex is a fun rpg experence. The only thing keeping it from being a masterpiece is it felt shorter especially compared to the previous 3 games in the series. This one is definatly the shortest but don't let that stop you from experencing a great and fun game.

Gameplay was solid, but the controls were not like anything I had played before which wasn't amazing. Fine, I'm a n00b, whatever. Also, I felt like the first 3 hours I played were mostly cut scenes where I sat there watching what amounted to an awesome movie. I guess it just wasn't for me, some people may think that sounds amazing... good for you, get this and enjoy.

It's been awhile since I had played a Deus Ex game but after reading online on multiple gaming sites, I decided it was time to get back in. One thing I have to say is that DEX:MD leaves MANY options to how you want to go about your campaign. There's always different ways and etc to accomplish your mission and tasks and story and environment are fresh and vibrant. Looks beautiful on a 1080p screen imagine a 4K!

This is a game that was made by devs that knew what made the previous games great and improved on that, and left alone what worked previously. The game looks, and sounds great. Lots of detail in the city. You can really tackle every mission in so many ways. The game has a lot of replay value. A lot of games now days are lacking that. I highly recommend this game. It is definitely worth full price. Specially if you have gamers zone unlocked and can get that 20% off.
