This game is great if you are invested in the Diablo franchise... I am beginning to see that it really is the same game that all of the others were, with a couple of new features... but I still love it.

While I did enjoy Diablo III, I ultimately didn't stick with the game do in large part to the redundant content. Diablo III forced you to play through the same content over and over again to try and get better gear. The main problem with that model being the content wasn't so replayable (Azmodan's threats wear thin quickly), and often the gear drops weren't useful for my class. Even crafted gear cost a large sum of resources and weren't necessarily useful for your class. Because of all that, it was more rewarding just to buy whatever you needed off the auction house, which would give you something you know you wanted for your gold. In Reaper of souls, the auction house has been removed. But the crafting mechanics and loot algothrims have been redone, such that you acquire loot which is suitably stated for your class of choice. This makes it far more likely a crafted item or random drop will be useful for your class, and helps ease the loss of the auction house. However, you still have to spend time farming the game. The new Act V brings some variety to the farming process, although the story is standard Blizzard fare. Those familiar with WoW will be all to familiar with the "This character has been corrupted, now you must fight them" style of storytelling. As Arthas, Illidan, Malygos, Neltharion, etc. before him, the former Angel of wisdom has been corrupted and now must be fought. Uninspired story notwithstanding. Act V provides some atmospheric environments and interesting new enemies. Upon completing the ACT V the first time, adventure mode becomes available, that brings a lot of variety to the process of leveling through gear. While not perfect, Reaper of Souls does address most of my complaints with the original Diablo III. And with adventurer mode, the replayability is increased by orders of magnitude. So grab your friends and try out Reaper of Souls, which ultimately gives a much improved and complete Diablo III experience.

This expansion adds a great deal to the game. While some would argue that things like adventure mode should have been in the game from the beginning, RoS adds a whole new perspective to the game. I have found it easy to jump online, play for an hour, get some meaningful drops, and logout. With the start of a new Season, now is a great time to pick it up.

Had a great time finishing off the expansion to Diablo III. The new character is fresh and the new act satisfies what I needed after I completed the previous game....good price at Best Buy as well....

While the first game was okay, I wasn't a fan of the auction house or online requirement. Now that at least one of those things is gone, I figured I'd give this expansion pack a try. I'm glad I did, as I now see all the changes they've made to the core game. Oh and adventure mode is a great addition to keep content fresh and increase re-playability.

Diablo 3 is a 2012 Game, and the expansion Reaper of Souls was available this year, it still is an awesome game, very enjoyable and very addictive too. I've been playing on my new yoga pro 2 and it runs smoothly, though you need an active internet connection. If you are seeking something to play while you travel, this ain't that can of game.

I still occasionally play Diablo 3 on my mac. I do prefer playing on my PS4 and it is one of game that I really enjoy to play.

I am enjoying this game expansion I recently purchase and would recommend to all those who love the Diable genre of games!!!!

I personally think D3 is a great game. The Blizz Developers have taken a great game and made it even better. The addition of Adventure Mode alone is worth getting this expansion. They have also released patches to add new content making this a no lose proposition! Anyone that loves adventuring RPG's will want to pick this up.

i had this beaten in less than 3 hours. not really worth 40 bucks but its still a good game. a little easy though. i only died once because my computer lagged. the last boss is a pushover.

If you are a Diablo fan you are going to get the game for sure. Storyline is good and game play has changed since old diablo 3. Items are very different and now have the ability to try and create new weapons with stats that will be more helpful for your character. People that enjoy games from Blizzard will not be disappointed.

A great continuation to a great series of game. Many hours of enjoyment

This expansion makes the game better than it was when it came out. D3 didn't get the best sentiments from people when it came out do to the auction houses and other issues. This expansion adds a lot of new features to make the game better with new modes to play and the rifts are a great unique addition. I recommend

Good add on to an already great game gives you some additional characters and raises the physical level to 70

Blizzard did a great job on keeping this game alive and doing constant game updates to keep players hooked

After playing through the storyline and the new adventure mode a few times I did enjoy the game. But now that i've done that the lasting appeal has dropped off drastically. This was the same issue the base game had, and the adventure mode does help somewhat but not completely. I feel like i should have waited for it to go on sale.

Diablo 3 was just an average game, but the expansion fixes most of the issues in the original game.

My husband and son enjoy this game and play it together a lot.

My boyfriend has been obsessed with the Diablo franchise since the day I met him. He has the game for PS3 but, he decided the PC game is more to his liking.

GREAT GAME AND I CAN PLAY WITH MY NEW LAPTOP! I OWN ALL OF THE OTHER DIABLOS AND HAD TO HAVE THIS ONE!
