I saw these and decided to buy them to save my case from scratches and whatever. I figured even though they said they were for the Hero3, I thought I would try them anyway seeing as the cases and cameras didn't seem to change too much model to model. These are little plastic squares much like cell phone screen protectors, and out of the box they are slightly too big for the GoPro Hero's lens. I do believe that after trimming the protector with scissors a little it will fit perfectly, but out of the box no they do not fit. I gave it 3 stars as I believe they will work fine after trimming and the fact that it clearly said on the package it was for the Hero3. I would recommend these to someone with a Hero3.

I used my GoPro for 7 days straight in saltwater and swimming pools, jumping diving, and falling off inner tubes. The protective cover stay on with no problem when removing the waterproof case. it's easy to clean and doesn't create any distortion.

This thing does its job in terms of protectiveness! However you have to have a doctors or sniper aim in order to get this cover perfectly centered; otherwise a bubble will live on it for sure!

I would recommend this lens protector for your GoPro. The only thing I didn't like about it was it seemed to be slightly larger then the GroPro but overall I would reccommend it.

The lens cover stays on even in the roughest water and biggest waves. I took a monster wave and dragged my gopro on the bottom and the lens protector stayed intact.

protects very well, it already saved my lens from scratches, but you have to trim it a little bit from the corners. Don't really know why. I own the hero 4 silver.

It doesn't really appear to fit the camera very well. I applied it a few times making sure I got the best fit, but it just simply doesn't fit. However this doesn't seem to impede performance. I have even taken my camera in the water and it is still there. Not sure how long it will last, but so far so good.

This packet contains 12 screen protectors. They also do not fit the lens properly as i had to cut around the edges to make it stick correctly. they are also a pain to put on but once its cut out and placed correctly without lint it fits fine.

Useful protection for your GoPro camera. 12 protectors in pack, which you will need because application of the protector is not as easy as it looks. Used 2 protectors just to get the process down for a good fit to the camera.

Nice add-on feature to the camera especially for those dusty environments that may be encountered during filming. Spend extra time on cleaning and preparation of camera prior to application to remove fine dust etc.

We thought this was necessary especially as we went zip lining into water and we didn't have any photos with water spots. Great clear lens protector.

This is very good for protecting the view of the GoPro lens case from scratches. Nothing exciting here.

Two days later my go pro fell and i thought the lens was scratched but when i peeled the protecter it looked brand new. It did its job.

It's not to easy to put on, can't get it on straight and over laps the edges:/ but dose the job!

These have spared my lens from likely scratches and fingerprints, but they don't adhere as well as they should and they're too expensive.

It didn't really fit the screen on the GoPro it was a little to big, it fit but the corners were lifted. The only cool part is that it came with like 12 of them so if you mess up you have a couple more try's

This lens protector works well and is a great item to avoid scratches on your lens.

Easy to apply and remove. And it doesn't seem to affect the video quality.

Very good product. They were easy to trim to fit and are optically clear. I do recommend these.

Fits great and has helped keep my go pro in great condition.
