Didn't work

Was assured that it would. However, when I took it camping in June, it didn't work with either my phone or my camera. I'm not happy with it at all!

Not appropriate for smart phones

A smart phone adapter was included in the package. Unfortunately, the adapter in no way could fit a current smart phone. Good news? Best Buy graciously accepted the return.

Handy but fragile

Contacted Digipower and they no longer make this product so they couldn't help me. Had to buy a different replacement. Was good while it lasted though. I liked that it was very compact and easy to use and store.
