I don't know if it's because of the brushes or not on it but it still is in there not being able to use the DVD player at all now.

Would not read. Store policy says, eat it, were not doing nothing for you. Bought a refurb for $179.00. 3 days after the 30 day store warranty, would not read. Gamestop says, eat it. Not there problem. Aggravated and will never buy another thing from the place again, I went to Best Buy and took a chance on a sales assoc. recommendation. Went home, threw it in the newer machine, nothing. Took a shot and threw it in the year old machine, the thing works better than the day I bought it. Im going to buy another one because I dont want to be without it when this one wears down. Would def recommend this. $21.00 versus buying another xBox, Priceless!!! And when the time does come, the new xBox will come from BestBuy. There store policy, is even better than the purchased warranty from Gamestop. The store assoc. could have just as easily sold me another xBox when I told him my story, but told me to try the lens cleaner first. Not a big sale, but a customer for life. Now I know where to go when my money isnt the priority.

Easy to use

It was easy to use, just put it in the player and follow the voice directions. The only problem is I'm not sure if it worked. I put it on the track it told me to, but it never seemed to "play" and finish. My blu-ray is working, but I'm not sure how much was due to this product.
