For optimum performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup and cleaning the filter after each use. This will help to maintain a clear path for airflow to the nozzle. Posted .Hi bix3! We are sorry to hear that the battery is not lasting more than one minute, your unit should definitely perform at it's optimal ability. We've put together a helpful battery reset procedure for you to try. Please complete the steps below:
1. Unplug the charger from the wall. It must be unplugged for at least 1 minute.
2. Run the unit until it completely shuts down.
3. Place the unit back on the charger and charge it for a complete 24 hours.
After completing these steps, your unit should run for 8-10 minutes. Let us know how this works out for you. Thank you!
