Ive never been a fan of first person shooters, but this one is an exception. I also like to take my time and move through the world, finding all the side missions, slashing or shooting people and / or rats. Ive read that its storyline is 5 - 6 hours... I have a feeling Ill be playing it for longer than that. If you like fantasy-horror-KILL! games, pick this one up. Storyline is dark, rats maul people in hoards and eat them to blood stains. Love it.

Another fun, open world environment - the tale of vengeance is great

The story in this game is well done and considering the console it was made for, for its time, this game deserved the award it got. It is a free-world roaming also, so if you feel like diverting from the main task at hand, you can do that.

The game feels like a mix between Bioshock & Assassin's Creed. It was a fun game to play, but I was expecting something different.

My son is thrilled with the game. Works great even though it was previously owned.

This is a beautiful game and tremendously fun to play. Depending on the carnage you wish to inflict, there are multiple endings and changes to the story. It is rather short, but you can play it multiple times... kill everyone or not kill a soul or anywhere in between. I bought this used (pre-owned) and more than worth the price even though it is a few years old.

It was much more than I expected. Storyline is great and the game play is too. Lots of fun and pulled me into the game!

The story is interesting and the graphics are great along with the music. I did not care much for the multiplayer. Design of the city is awesome.

Had it for the 360 but traded it in and missed it so got it on the PS3. Great game and great graphics.

This game has it all for me: great graphics, engaging story, challenging gameplay. Not exactly very kid-friendly, but I would recommend it in a heartbeat. I love it!

This is a great game with an original storyline. The stealth mechanics work very well. Also, your supernatural abilities are really cool and unique. I Love this game.

Great interesting and engaging storyline, steampunk style, the gameplay is also very interesting and challenging, you can pass the game completely in stealth mode or shoot hack and slash, but there are consequences.

My son absolutely loved this game and played it for hours. He tends to be picky about what games he plays, and this one was right up his alley. He did not ask for it, we just picked it up and he told us that he loved it, and finished it within a few days. The settings on it are easy to adjust and he found it to be highly enjoyable. He would definitely play more games along this line, or the following game should they make a followup..

Dishonored is one of my favorite games. Great game with tons of versatility and replay value. I definitely recommend it for someone looking for something different.

Pretty solid game with good powers and story . It was fun.

This is an okay game. I'm not sure how it won a bunch of awards. I wouldn't pay full price for this game...luckily I found it on the $20 rack. I would have been disappointed had I paid the $50-ish they wanted for it originally. Having said that, I would recommend this game to a first-person shooter fan. It's similar to the Thief games. If you're a fan of those, it's similar game-play.

in my top 10 games from past generation, action and graphics are great and story is very good, and for the price i recommend it.

You can attack head on or in stealth mode. It gives you a head's up on tactics also.
