The installers were right on time and took great care to connect and position the dishwasher properly. They removed our old dishwasher smoothly and ensured our new one was in working order and that we knew how to use its full range of features before leaving. They did an excellent job!

The installation of my Kitchenaid Dishwasher was originally installed by Elliotts incorrectly so my door was catching the bottom plate and wasn’t opening all the way. I requested the company come back and they reinstalled and it works perfectly. I will say that trying to schedule with Best Buy through the Geek Squad was a nightmare and I would think twice about ever buying coverage through Geek Squad. Guy was hateful, scheduled an appointment at the wrong address and sent me a bill for $109 and never suggested I should talk to another dept since my original installation was four days before. Ultimately, the Customer Service of Best Buy helped me. Boo to you Geek Squad!!! My ratings are for the Elliotts Installation company not Geek Squad.

I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it is only 3 days old. It is very quiet and cleaned our old glasses well. Our old dishwasher was not cleaning very well and was quite loud. A friend had a bosch so I decided to pay more I hope in the long term it will be worth it. right now it certainly is.

If I installed this on my own, it would take weeks. Geek Squad is super-quick and does a bang-up job.

The installers were friendly and competent and - when they finally showed up a couple of hours after their alread-delayed window - fast.

We were impressed and happy with the installation service. They called ahead and arrived on time. The two installers were careful with the removal and the new install. In addition to being competent with the installation the two gentlemen were courteous and friendly (like family). The installers provided helpful startup advice. They also provided assurance that our purchase was of good quality. Everything is working just fine! We are "peace of mind" Best Buy loyalist.

Washer was installed properly but they neglected to do the door reversal and just switched the washer and dryer.

The gentleman that removed/installed our appliances was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. Wasted no time in completing the job and cleaned up after completion. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that, in my opinion, this job requires more than one person to perfomr in a safe manner.

I had the pleasure of having Kyle install my new dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable about appliances. He patiently answered all my questions and the installation was carefully completed. Kyle is a most professional individual. Thank you, dee moore

The workers had a bit of trouble installing the dishwasher but got it in well enough and it looks great. It took a little longer than I think they anticipated but they were knowledgeable and efficient.

This product was originally purchsed without TotalTech. After buying additional appliances, we purchased the total tech and the store refunded the delivery and instillation, even though it had alredy been installed.

Dishwasher works very well and installer was prifessional

They were here on time and very efficient. Went right to work. Found one screw after they left that had fallen out of cabinet. Clean and fast. Tested everything and made sure there were no leaks. Did a wonderful job.
