Love the dishwasher!!! Does an excellent job! Very quiet!

Matt and Ethan did a good job installing the dishwasher and removing the packaging. They tested it with a short rinse cycle and provided all documentation. However, a hose and a junction box were relocated behind an adjacent trash bin drawer. From what I can tell, one of these items is preventing closing the adjacent sliding trash bin drawer completely so it sticks out. When you close the bin drawer it makes a soft bump, not a hard bump. It closed before the dishwasher was installed. We should have examined all interfaces and moving items prior to closing out the job.

Install for the dishwasher was excellent. Fast, clean, and guys were very polite. They knew what they were doing.

we waited a long time from the time we purchased the unit. The person who installed had to do extra things as the last dishwasher was over 20+ years and we needed some extra plumbing. We worked together to get it installed after he did the necessary additional work.

The guys that installed the applinces from the Bloomington,Il Best Buy installers were pretty much the most knowledgeable professional people i have ever met. Everything they did was measured and leveled perfect.

The installation crew from Best Buy to install our new dishwasher were excellent. They were very efficient and courteous. The new dishwasher looks great and works great!

Installation was a breeze. Best Buy services came out on time and completed the job quickly. They had completed about 6 jobs before even getting to me and they were professional and energetic.

Giving 4 stars because our installation got rescheduled 3 times before they were able to make it out to us, which put us behind a few weeks, but overall the crew was super friendly and efficient, which was a breath of fresh air from the mess we experienced with Home Depot. They did offer us a gift card for having to reschedule as well, which was super nice. Would highly recommend Best Buy.

I wanted to love this machine even though I read less than stellar reviews. The system takes forever so don't expect to run that load to use for company dinner a half hour before you need to set the table. Actually, I can live wirh that but loading it, particularly the bottom is awful. I wonder if anyone in R and D ever bothered to try actually using it. Everything falls over..all the prongs are short and straight. Worst design ever. However, it is black stainless and was the model that matched the new stove, micro, and fridge. I gave up practicality for beauty. The dishes do come out clean..waters spotting is another issue even with the rinse aid recommended, especially plastics. The slow dry time is probably the culprit there. All in all, think what you are willing to give up if you are in love with the black stainless steel.

The installation team was prompt, courteous and very helpful. They were quick and they cleaned up after the install. They did a great job and would recommend installation services to others.

This installation was done well and efficiently by a crew that knew exactly what they were doing. The low rating is because of what it took to finally make this happen. My first appointment was planned for when the dishwasher was delivered. The installation could not be completed because I needed a different kind of valve, which would have to be installed by a plumber. I understand that (although I wish I had been informed of that possibility before it was delivered) and got that taken care of. The second appointment was the worst. My appointment window was from noon to 8 PM. I waited all day and nobody showed up. Even worse, nobody told me that nobody would be coming! The webpage said all day that they were on schedule to come. After 8 PM, it switched to saying they were running "a bit behind schedule," so I kept waiting. After I finally got confirmation, at about 10 PM, that nobody would be coming, my appointment was rescheduled for installation 9 days later, which was a huge disappointment as I had already been without a dishwasher for more than a week because the work that the plumber did made my old dishwasher unusable. But, as I said, the third attempt went well. If my rating was based only on that one, I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

We recently bought a new Bosch 500 series dishwasher to replace an older, but great machine and had it installed by the (for lack of a polite word) "guys" from Geek squad.. The installed it crooked, broke our faucet and a line to our disposal, then left, telling us..."you'll need to call a plumber". What a monkey show! We had to contact,(AT OUR EXPENSE, to be re-embursed later, someone to fix the installation!!! The 2nd GeekSquad installer came out to mount the new dishwasher in line with the cabinet since it was installed 3/4" crooked by the first crew. After about 4-5 days, we finally had our sink and disposal and new dishwasher fixed, installed, repaired.. We'd certainly recommend you NOT use Best Buy to install a new purchase, or at the least be sure the installer isn't "retiring next week" and not caring how the work was performed. Still waiting for our repair cost to be refunded at this time. A few days after this chaos, we had a different installer come out to remount the dishwasher.. the way it should have been, although our sink and disposal had not been repaired, and due to that, we couldn't use the dishwasher yet... Finally it's all been installed/repaired.. We love the Bosch dishwasher, it's almost completely silent, even right beside it when running and we're ready to be happy when our costs have been restored to us for the original botched attempt

A really great experience. He was on time, very friendly and very prepared - quickly solved some on-site problems that hadn't been anticipated (by me). He was clearly very familiar with my new dishwasher model and took the time to really explain how it worked so I could get up and running right away.

Dishwasher works great. Looks nice, and isn't too loud. Installation team was timely and professional!

The installation of my Kitchenaid Dishwasher was originally installed by Elliotts incorrectly so my door was catching the bottom plate and wasn’t opening all the way. I requested the company come back and they reinstalled and it works perfectly. I will say that trying to schedule with Best Buy through the Geek Squad was a nightmare and I would think twice about ever buying coverage through Geek Squad. Guy was hateful, scheduled an appointment at the wrong address and sent me a bill for $109 and never suggested I should talk to another dept since my original installation was four days before. Ultimately, the Customer Service of Best Buy helped me. Boo to you Geek Squad!!! My ratings are for the Elliotts Installation company not Geek Squad.

The installers that Best Buy used were highly competent, careful in their work, checked for correct operation of the dishwasher, and left the kitchen area clean after installation. We appreciated the excellent service.
