The dishwasher installation was quick. I was pleased with the workmanship. The old dishwasher was hauled away. The new installation was done in about 20 minutes. The workers were polite and respectful.

Installers in our area Palm Desert were friendly and on-time. They did a great job on the installation with no issues. 60 days later no issues.

The gentleman were very quick and thorough of installing it. They called me a head of time to give me a better ETA which helped out a lot. Very courteous and outstanding gentleman.

The technician was nothing short of professional. I was very pleased with the way he kept constant communication regarding my delivery. The install was completed without any issues. I have no complaints!

The installer was not a Best Buy employee but he did a great job on my installation. No issues or leaks.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's in the beginning of May and couldn't find a reasonable estimate to install it from scratch (its called a "virgin install). So I found BestBuy's services on HomeAdvisor.com, and scheduled for them to come out to do an estimate. They did, it was reasonable, but when I called to schedule the install, they said that the dishwasher had to be purchased from Best Buy, which I was never told originally. So we took it back to Lowe's and repurchased from Best Buy, scheduled the install. It was delivered and was damaged so was taken back. Then scheduled again but they hadn't allotted the correct amount of time to do the total install so they were supposed to call me back but never did. A week went by and I called 3 times to reschedule. Finally did, 2 MONTHS after I originally bought it. The work was done by J&D Contractors, and was excellent. Very satisfied with the work. However, the process to just get the work done was stressful and inconvenient. I was also charged an install fee of $150 from Best Buy, but also paid the total estimate I received to the contractor directly. So I paid Best Buy for work that they didn't do.

Installers arrived per their planned schedule. Both guys were efficient but friendly and very helpful. Got all our questions answered. No damage to the floors or any part of our home. Very pleased. They deserve a raise.

I did a lot of research before I purchased my new kitchenaid dishwasher. I wanted a dishwasher that received great reviews, cleaned the dishes well and was very quiet. I have purchased many dishwashers over the years because I moved several times. This dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It cleans so well and it is so quiet, I can’t even tell it is on. Jake and Mike did a great job installing the dishwasher too.

I suppose he did a good job the dishwasher is working nicely. But when wheeling out the old dishwasher it fell off the cart in the hallway and had a little mess to clean. I had to take the new dishwasher out again because one side was in correctly and the other sticking out. When he started the washing test he forgot to take the cardboard, tape and instructions out of the dishwasher, I wondered why I couldn't open the top shelf,,,tape. But its a nice looking dishwasher and am happy thus far.

The men came in and were able to install in about 1/2 hour. They were clean and considerate of my property. The install went smoothly and my dishwasher works great!

The installation guys were so nice and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to remove an existing dishwasher that was installed incorrectly.

The guys that installed the applinces from the Bloomington,Il Best Buy installers were pretty much the most knowledgeable professional people i have ever met. Everything they did was measured and leveled perfect.

Johnny & crew came today replaced defective samsung dishwasher with one that works. It was installed & tested. He promised to deliver it Sat 10. We were very upset with first washer. He went above duty to get us a working machine. thanks so much!!

Very very quite dishwasher. Third rack is a bit over rated. Have to remove it for tall glasses like tumblers to fit. So far the dishes have come out very clean. Can't usually even tell that it is running except for a small blue LED that is on.,turns white when done with a quiet chime when complete. Door has a solid feel and a a nice solid latching mechanism. The handle is solid and handy as a towel bar. All and all pretty satisfied.

Went back to Whirlpool after a few years of Bosch. Runs quiet. I love the hidden buttons, no chance of bumping into them unintentionally. Numerous cycles to choose from depending on the amount of dishes and dirt. Not fond of the stainless but I picked it. Not the machine's fault.
