I was very happy with the installation of my new LG Dishwasher. The 2 installers went to work removing the old one, installing the new hoses, etc.,and installed the new one. Cleaned up and were gone. All in less than an hour.

Samsung is a great product. Ordered six items. Paid for install, which didn’t happen. Was supposed to receive gift cards for ordering all Samsung, which Best Buy has yet to provide. Washing machine was scratched, which no one has followed up on. The store isn’t accepting calls, so very inconvenient to resolve problems. And still I remain a faithful customer.

Delivery was professional, however because of past issues with installation, I decided to install the dishwasher myself. Be careful, installers may not have sufficient training and expertise.

I bought my new Whirlpool dishwasher at Best Buy because they are the best for service and proper installation! I love this dishwasher! It is stainless inside and out, The dishes come out sparkling clean and sanitized. I recommend this machine. I have been a Best Buy customer in the past and I will continue to be in the future. They’re Geek Squad is excellent.

The install team came out twice only to say the cabinet space was not large enough for the dishwasher even though measurements showed it was. They installed it and it stuck out 1/2 inch from the counter top. After they left, it took me a few minutes to watch a YouTube and another 15 minutes to install in properly and amazing, it fit. Just had to accommodate the hoses as per instructions. Add to that, they lost a kickplate screw, and the person I spoke to was not customer centric.

I had to make another appointment because the dishwasher extended almost 2" from the counter. I was told by the installers that it would not go back any further. The different installers who came just unscrewed it and pushed it back. The only thing I have now is extra holes in the cabinet and a space on the right side. The first two pictures are of the 1st install. The 2nd two are after the 2nd install. The last is the space.

The dishwasher installer was very professional and meticulous at every step of the installation. The installer also took the time to show us how to operate the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

They did a great job with no issues installing the dishwasher. Very pleased with how nice they were.

There comes a time when you're better off to hire a professional to install a major appliance, so you're not making many trips to your local hardware store. I opted to have a geek squad member remove and install my new dishwasher. David Brown showed up on time and he was a professional. Installed my new dishwasher and took the time to go over the specifics. I was impressed and would highly recommend them again. Thanks David for a great job!

The installation costs was $600 on a $1100 dishwasher. Not good, I paid the upfront costs to have it installed by Best Buy. Best Buy should have been aware of additional costs by having a older home. The costs of converting a hot wired dishwasher is pretty common. The installer had to trim my countertop tiles. Be a honest company with all the right answers and solutions for me. Thats why I came to your store ! PRC

Ed, my dishwasher installer, drove down about 2+ hours to install this appliance. Not only was he absolutely professional in every respect, but also personable in showing me the features of the dishwasher. Lastly, he took the time to talk with Alex from my local store to not only get my old dishwasher removed, but also help me get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for all of my kitchen appliances.

You can’t beat the TotalTech package! I splurged on appliances for my home and also needed to replace all of the kitchen appliances at my rental home. So far, the deliveries and install have gone off without a hitch.
