The installer was fabulous and I hate to say anything remotely negative… the only small yet aggravating issue I have had from the beginning is the bottom rack wants to roll back inside. I know this would be a simple fix…probably lengthening the front legs a smidge. It would make it perfect I believe!

Installation of the dishwasher went well and very much appreciate the hard work of installing the new and removing the old dishwasher. New LG dishwasher works like a dream! Steamer works great to kill all the seasonal bugs too.

The team that delivered my dishwasher were great. Very professional and made sure it was level and operating.

The service technician was punctual, courteous, professional, and completely competent. He completed the installation quickly, performed all aspects of the job correctly, and gave us a brief overview of the proper use and care of the new dishwasher.

Installers notified me in advance when they would arrive and completed the installation within an hour. They were careful when removing the old unit out of the house to not scratch anything on the way out. Overall good service but what keeps me from giving them 5 stars is minor things such as I wish the installers would be given shoe covers when they enter your home. My cabinets are white and since their hands are dirty, I had to clean my cabinets after they left. They left a small amount of trash from the dishwasher box.

Love the dishwasher. After I finally got it installed. They didn't commuicate who was bringing what or that the installer was not the one delivering the dishwasher. Sent 2 trucks out from Mishawaka, which is an Hour 1/2 from my house. When I purchased it from Fort Wayne, which is less than an hour. Charge me $80 to bring it. It was a waste of time for installer coming, for they thought it wasn't something they could do.

The installers arrived on time and quickly installed the dishwasher making sure it worked before they left.

Enjoying my kitchenaide dishwasher. I washes the dishes and with the rinse aide, they come out spotless. Holds large loads. One problem is that all dishwashers now are so close to floor, have to bend over to load. This has a heater, which a lot of new dishwashers do not. Very quiet. It sits in open kitchen and livingroom and does not disturb.

The installers did a great job. On time for the installation and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Courteous and knowledgeable of the product.

The installers did a very good and professional job installing the dishwasher. It’s been a couple of months now and we have not had any problems with it. The only issue I had was actually before the appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment and did not send me any notification but luckily I logged in and saw that it was suddenly no longer scheduled so I just had to reschedule it.

Best Buy Geek Squad delivery and installation of new LG dishwasher was excellent in every way. Installer was on time, removed old dishwasher and installed the new one quickly.. He knew exactly what to do and had all necessary tools on first trip. After installation he explained and demonstrated how to use the appliance and answered all questions. We would use this service again and recommend it to our friends and family.

I love this dishwasher! There is so much room in there and it is dead quiet!. I read that some people had issues with the tines, but I don't get that. I haven't found anything I can't put in there. Looks good, but how pretty does a dishwasher have to be? Its an appliance. As long as they don't mess up the look of the kitchen, who cares.

I am very happy with the dishwasher. So far it has been working well for a month. The delivery team also did an excellent job with installation.
