The installation was very fast and professional. After being without a dishwasher for a few weeks, it was nice to have the dishwasher installed quickly without and issues.

Dishwasher was installed by a Best Buy third party installer. Work appears to have been performed well. I’ve had no problems at all. However, it did seem to take a long time and the installer was not very friendly at all. But I guess the important thing is that the dishwasher was installed well.

Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. They are untrustworthy and unqualified. When they arrived to install this dishwasher first they claimed I needed to buy their install package (hoses, etc) for around $50 even though I had already bought one from Best Buy at the time I purchased the dishwasher (costing somewhere between $30-50 as well). The install team then complained about the placement of the dishwasher saying it was too far from the sink and that it really should be a foot or two closer. I then agreed to buy their “longer” hose since it felt like they had me at gunpoint and wouldn’t do the install unless I agreed. They then claimed that the water shut off valves under the sink weren’t good and would make it impossible to install the dishwasher… but they would be willing to replace the shut off valves for around $200. I knew this to be a complete and utter lie as I had used the water shut off valves multiple times in the past week to turn off the water to the old dishwasher to determine that we needed a new one. I also had a guy out to look at the old dishwasher who also had used the shutoff valves. There was absolutely nothing wrong with these valves and I have used them many times since to turn off the water so I could do other repairs to the sink and refrigerator. There was absolutely no problem at all with the valves and this was simply the Premier Logistics guys trying to scam extra money during the install from my elderly parents. Once I refused to replace the valves they said they’d “try to do the install” but weren’t sure how it would go. After they finished the install and left I attempted to do a load of dishes. The dishwasher immediately started leaking and flooding the kitchen. I called Premier Logistics and immediately complained. At first they tried to schedule an appointment several days later but I demanded they come back that day. Several hours later the Premier Logistics showed back up and seemed a bit annoyed to be here again. Once they started taking things a part the one installer admitted they used the wrong size hose (this would be the hose they forced me to buy from them before they would start the installation). I then asked the installer if we should dry out the area under the dishwasher since it had just been flooded to which he responded “uh…you could…it’s not really a big deal”. So he changed the hose, put the dishwasher back in place and didn’t dry anything not even with a rag or towel. I made him stay well into a dishwashing cycle this time before I let him leave. I believe it was the next day I got a call either from Best Buy or Premier Logistics asking “how did we do?” at which point I unloaded about how I had been charged extra money for a 2nd install package, the attempted scam of the valves, the flooding of the kitchen, and the overall bad attitude. Not long after this call I got called by the installer multiple times (probably 5 calls). I don’t know if he was calling to apologize. I don’t know if he was calling because he was mad I gave him a bad review. I had nothing to say to him at that point. On top of all this, it turns out they did a bad job of physically installing the dishwasher. The door kept having trouble latching properly until I took out 2 screws that the installers had used to fasten the dishwasher to the counter. Now the door has no problem at all. This was my 2nd experience with Premier Logistics. They had installed an over the stove microwave (also from Best Buy) a year earlier and also sent an incompetent team out for that. During that install one of the installers cut himself and bled all over my kitchen. Premier Logistics are a bunch of shady unqualified clowns. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else.

I have always bought Whirlpool and this Dishwasher is just as good as the last one I bought. The dishwasher is very quiet and runs great.

Have had several appliances and TV's installed/wall mounted etc. by Best Buy crews and every time they have been done the job well and pretty speedily. They all seemed well trained.

The guy’s were very good, the charge $120.00 extra was expensive for outlet it should be included with the whole deal. Dishwasher looks good.

The Best Buy installation crew was innovative and efficient. They could not have been better.

Was here right at time scheduled. Got the job finished relatively quickly. Was professional. Quiet. No complaints.

The installation was done by a very experienced installer, was persistent to assure it was properly installed. Ran into problem because Kit hose did not fit well; luckily, based on a prior review I bought the hose and an adapter seperately @ Lowes and it was lain on counter just in case, and he just used those, he didn't have to ask me. The reason I'm so pleased ia because I've had two dishwashers since 2002 and repeatedly leak or start leaking bubbles from door sides, etc. I was very frustrated that no one could install properly and repairs were equally an eventual failure. Based on how much time and care this installer took to do it the right way, he noticed right way that the Kit hose/adapter were not the right kind so he used those spares on my counter and I knew it ws finally done right.

First install of a damaged KitchenAid dishwasher was horrible. Installers left me with a non-functioning dishwasher and took off even when I told them it was not right. Good news is after a few phone calls I got in touch with the appliance manager at the store and he was very helpful. The bad news is that I had to be without a functioning dishwasher for almost 3 weeks. The second install was much better and I have no complaints. If it had not been for the Manager I would have scored this install a 1

Installers were prepared and amiable, and answered all my questions about their installation and operation prior to leaving. They even went above and beyond to take the time to explain the various features and cleaning requirements to extend the lifetime of the dishwasher.

We ordered our dishwasher online from Best Buy and scheduled takeaway of old dishwasher and installation of new. Delivery person was excellent. I had a little hole in the floor board behind the dishwasher where a critter could potentially get thru and enter the kitchen. Installer hammered a board to cover the hole before installing dishwasher.

I bought the Bosch Ascenta 24 front control tall tub built in dishwasher with stainless steel tub (model SHE3AR76UC). One reason that I chose this dishwasher, was that it was the least expensive Bosch. It was the least expensive because it had the highest Bosch noise level (50-Decibel). And even though the noise level is the highest, the dishwasher is incredibly quiet. The dishes come out crystal clean and dry. Operating the machine is as easy as can be. One important thing for me, was to get the Bosch with the visible control panel. The panel lets you see how much time is remaining before the dishes are done. The internal panel only lets you know when the dishes are done. We replaced an old built in Maytag and the dimensions of the Bosch were identical to the Maytag. That made the installation quick and easy.

The product itself is functioning very well. Very quiet with a variety of wash options. So far no complaints. However the installation did not go well. The GFI connected outlet is located at the rear of the Washer cabinet and I was told that my warrantee was void as the outlet needs to be outside of the cabinet. This is GFI connected so I don't understand this.

My delivery got delayed a couple of times, but both times were for very understandable reasons. I was also informed right away, then prompted to reschedule both times. The guys who delivered my dishwasher were very kind and kept me informed on the fact that they were running a bit behind on the day of delivery. They promptly set up my dishwasher, and were informative and helpful! Thank you!

Dishwasher works well. The dishwasher operates quietly and efficiently.
