Very nice dishwasher one of the top models on the market. Does everything we wanted. Its got a lot of features other models don't have. The extra 3 top rack comes in handy for baby bottles. Gets everything clean. LG makes a great product and Best Buy is very easy to work with. Thank you. The person who installed it did a great job and wore his PPE.

Really love the Samsung dishwasher we purchased. It runs great! You can't even tell it's running when it's on.

purchased a new dishwasher during the pandemic which caused delays in installation. BB kept me updated on scheduling until it was safe. Installation was quick and clean. Only complaint was failure to show me how to run it.

We were very pleased with the cost, friendliness, efficiency and excellent installation by the Best Buy crew. It was also great to have them take away our old dishwasher at a reasonable price.

Installer came only to validate the installment of the dishwasher which was done by another person. Also Best Buy installer validated the install kit I purchased from Best Buy was never used, however, I have not received a refund for the install kit I purchased at the time I purchased the dishwasher. I am still waiting, Best Buy Case #331877302

Samsung dishwasher is super quiet, sometimes can't tell if it's running. Easy to use and efficient.

This installation was done well and efficiently by a crew that knew exactly what they were doing. The low rating is because of what it took to finally make this happen. My first appointment was planned for when the dishwasher was delivered. The installation could not be completed because I needed a different kind of valve, which would have to be installed by a plumber. I understand that (although I wish I had been informed of that possibility before it was delivered) and got that taken care of. The second appointment was the worst. My appointment window was from noon to 8 PM. I waited all day and nobody showed up. Even worse, nobody told me that nobody would be coming! The webpage said all day that they were on schedule to come. After 8 PM, it switched to saying they were running "a bit behind schedule," so I kept waiting. After I finally got confirmation, at about 10 PM, that nobody would be coming, my appointment was rescheduled for installation 9 days later, which was a huge disappointment as I had already been without a dishwasher for more than a week because the work that the plumber did made my old dishwasher unusable. But, as I said, the third attempt went well. If my rating was based only on that one, I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

After having our GE dishwasher fail and require replacement (had a plastic tub that eventually warped and leaked), we priced BOSCH replacements, and found the lowest prices at BestBuy, and the ability to have it installed within a week of purchase! Other retailers would have required a month or more wait before installation could be scheduled! Installation was scheduled for a window between noon and 3:00PM, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call 20 minutes before noon from the installation team to say they were on the way and would be here momentarily! Both of the installers were EXTREMELY professional and courteous through the entire process. As one un-installed our old GE model, the other was outside at the truck unpacking the new BOSCH and prepping it for installation. They were careful to ensure the drain line was correctly elevated and ensured that everything worked correctly before they departed. The floor under the dishwasher - a spot that you can never get to- was cleaned and swept. Absolutely fantastic delivery job! And remember to TIP your delivery/install guys if they do a great job!

The install was great installed. The person was very professional.

Tech arrived right on time after giving me a decent advanced notice. The installation only took around 20-25 minutes. He showed me how it operated and answered our questions before he left. I don’t know why the few installation comments I found on Best Buy’s website were negative. I found absolute nothing to complain about. I would recommend our installer to anyone who asks.

It is very functional, quiet and efficient. I love the adjustable trays and the silverware on the door.

The two guys that installed the dishwasher were professional. They worked quickly to get everything up and running.

The team that arrived to install was good. But the people who were co-ordinating the appointment were really bad. I was scheduled for delivery on 4/16, they called on 4/13 and asked if i was open to an install on 4/14. I said i was. They then called on 4/14 and said rhat they could no longer deliver and also that I had lost my original 4/16 slot. I was rescheduled for 4/19. Given that i had ordered the machine nearly a month earlier, this bungling of delivery was very annoying. Also, felt like my complaints were falling on deaf ears.

The dishwasher installation was quick. I was pleased with the workmanship. The old dishwasher was hauled away. The new installation was done in about 20 minutes. The workers were polite and respectful.

The installation team sent to my house to install our new dishwasher were professional, prompt, and polite. They went about their work in a professional manner. They actually arrived a little early before the appointment time, and they finished early.

The installer was not a Best Buy employee but he did a great job on my installation. No issues or leaks.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's in the beginning of May and couldn't find a reasonable estimate to install it from scratch (its called a "virgin install). So I found BestBuy's services on HomeAdvisor.com, and scheduled for them to come out to do an estimate. They did, it was reasonable, but when I called to schedule the install, they said that the dishwasher had to be purchased from Best Buy, which I was never told originally. So we took it back to Lowe's and repurchased from Best Buy, scheduled the install. It was delivered and was damaged so was taken back. Then scheduled again but they hadn't allotted the correct amount of time to do the total install so they were supposed to call me back but never did. A week went by and I called 3 times to reschedule. Finally did, 2 MONTHS after I originally bought it. The work was done by J&D Contractors, and was excellent. Very satisfied with the work. However, the process to just get the work done was stressful and inconvenient. I was also charged an install fee of $150 from Best Buy, but also paid the total estimate I received to the contractor directly. So I paid Best Buy for work that they didn't do.

Installer was quick, clean and personable. Dish washer was installed so that it looked part of the orginal kitchen renovation.

I did a lot of research before I purchased my new kitchenaid dishwasher. I wanted a dishwasher that received great reviews, cleaned the dishes well and was very quiet. I have purchased many dishwashers over the years because I moved several times. This dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It cleans so well and it is so quiet, I can’t even tell it is on. Jake and Mike did a great job installing the dishwasher too.
