We bought this to be able to use the 2.0 software to play the 2.0 playset games. I would recommend getting the latest Disney Infinity version over this one though (the 3.0 if you are only planning to buy only one). The 2.0 software levels the characters separately from the 3.0 software. We do indeed prefer the newer software, The figures do work on the 3.0. The playset games do not. I really enjoyed leveling Merida From Brave and love her ricocheting shot. I have not played with Stitch as of yet. Theses Infinity sets come with the figures to be used with the Xbox and a code to be used for PC gaming. I play on my PC while my hubby and son play on the Xbox one. If you have children and you own a console gaming system, then I would recommend getting a Disney Infinity, as there aren't a lot of kid friendly gaming choices, As an adult, I can also play for hours on this. Please take the time to understand compatibility issues between the versions. As I understand it, the base and figures can work for all three versions, The Software number determines the playset games (they are not forward compatible). However, the older playsets can still unlock decorations and such for the toy box. Disney Infinity Website has a comprehensive webpage on compatibility. They aslo have good phone support in my experience.

Playing the game itself is pretty simple my daughter had no trouble learning it (she's 7). Building your own levels will take more effort. It is pretty confusing at first and you don't have much options until you purchase more characters and their levels. Either way the game is still fun.

If you want a cheap way to jump into Disney Infinity you found it. This comes with all the normal features and two little campaigns that you can use ALL characters from the first and second game in. At this price you can't go wrong, fun for adults or kids.

The kids love it. Seeing the different characters come alive on screen is a blast. The only downside is the cost of characters and the seemingly difficult menus, but the kids got a hold of it after awhile.

The Kids Love This game. We like that you can get new characters and play the game all over as other people. The game can entertain the kids for a long time With all its features. I would recommend it to anyone.

GREAT Game for children of all ages! The toy box mode is a lot of fun with the ability to share and download top-rated toy boxes that other players have made. The downside is that to collect all of the figures, it can be very expensive unless you only purchase your favorites. A child may get the "Collect them all" fever. The game itself is fun, although the playsets are required for mission / quest type gameplay. Some are kind of bland, but it's still fun co-op with your child or with a friend.

My daughter got this for Christmas and absolutely loves it. The characters are reasonably priced and seems to keep my kids occupied for hours.

My biggest complaint is what you get with what you pay for...imagine if you were playing any Koei hack and slash and if you wanted more than two characters, you need to pay about $15 a piece. Items/weapons another $5 - in the end not really worth it to me. Toy box is a great idea for some, but I'd rather just play the game - not have to build it to. Four stars because I see the appeal, and what other people could love about it - but I'm meh on it.

This is a great add on to Disney Infinity 3, but I would not start with this pack. DI3 is a much better game. Cool figures though.

I grabbed this on sale, in hopes of figuring out if I liked the mechanics enough to spend money on the full game. I figured it would be worth it for the two figures alone. I played around with it for a while and turns out I did want more storyline gameplay. This isn't a full game, just the toy box where you can build your own world. I'm a big Disney fan and my daughter is as well. I hope this can be a game we play together when she's better with a controller later on.

I got this for $15 and for that price you cant go wrong so I got it and its lots of fun

I'll admit it...I bought this for myself, at age 40 lol. After watching my kids play this game, the Avengers play set, I found myself wanting to try it. I picked this up on a Deal of the Day for $14.99 and I couldn't be happier with it. The toy box allows you to let you imagination go and explore the creations of others as well. If you are looking for something different, give Disney Infinity a try.

Lots of fun. U can switch characters and pretty much do what u want. It's a blast.

I got this so my daughter could play on my Xbox One, but I didn't realize that every time a new version of Disney Infinity comes out, older version characters wont work with them. That's kind of a rip off.

The boys loved the game so very much they played with out fussing. The wide eyes and laughter was so my Christmas present and wish come true. they actually played with the toy instead of the box this year!!

We chose to go with the Toy Box starter, as my family already had the Marvel figures and worlds from our PS3 set. My kids mentioned that a few of their characters are having trouble being played on the system, so we will have to check that out.

I bought this for my 5 year old nephew and he loves it. I had to do a little to get him started, but now he off and running. The different characters are fun and I like the fact that you can play the worlds you have created on your iPad.

I got this game at a great price, my kids love it. Would recomend it for anyone who likes disney, or even for your kids.
