By placing under any character on the base, one can use the abilities on the disc, which is especially helpful in the Battlegrounds playset.

Turns out they're pretty cool they do a lot of awesome stuff that helps me fight Disney infinity enemies

Nice disc set, even without battlegrounds

We don't have that playset, and it still works well with toybox. The cosmic cube is a fun power-up to run around with, and my boys like the new motorcycle.

Having packs that identify what you are actually getting was genius and should have been implemented since 1.0. All I can say is more disc please!
