Review from a Star Wars Collector's Point of View

I don't own the starter pack that would have enabled me to actually play the video game aspect of it on my PS3. I'm only after the figures, and use them for display. As far as "action figures" go, these are very well made. The detail on them is amazing given their size (about 3 inches tall). They're more like small statues than action figures because they lack joints to make them poseable, but it doesn't take away from their ability to look really nice on a shelf, especially in big numbers. I have nothing negative to say about this Darth Maul figure except maybe the choice of the design for the base. Being a Star Wars fan, I found the desert sand base to be a little inaccurate in relation to the rest of the figure. Darth Maul never used both blades of his lightsaber on the desert planet Tatooine. He should have been done with a Naboo base instead.
