Signed up for restock, it popped up and by the time I got it and clicked it, sold out again. See: People buying 5+ boxes and saying it in a review. Not even Ravensburger did that on their own site (limited to 1 per). Very poor showing- not only deleting over 40 1-star reviews, but not regulating how many per customer in a split-second preorder or day-of-release period.

Product was never available to purchase, went from coming soon to sold out. The folks giving this a 5 star are employees, Senior management needs to conduct an internal audit check on the sales of this product within each Branch.

This review is for the actual product and has nothing to do with best buys way of selling or website. The product itself is great , the game is great. Pre order was a breeze, and got lucky with what I got. Rating this product anything less just because you didnt purchase the product and were not able to isnt where you put the review. Just saying..

Major retailers not preventing bot purchasing by doing some sort of verification is a shame. Everytime there is a restock there is less than a few seconds

What a sham… I waited - 3 am on the east coast. The item went from “Coming Soon” to “Sold out” in a minute. Can’t even get a playmat. My daughter is devastated…

Tracked this items for months and never once was available to pre-order. Then went from coming soon to sold out within 30 seconds. Checked religiously.

These boxes do not come shrink-wrapped. Instead, there is a pulltab at the bottom; I assume in an effort to reduce waste. However, this allows packs to fall out of the packaging when turned upsidedown. Also, at $5.99 per pack, that is SUBSTANTIALLY more expensive than other trading card games. It would be nice if the 24ct. Boxes had a slight discount.

Lots of people are giving it 1 star because it iant available yet, but it was clearly stated that they arent releasing at midnight at best buy, so just offsetting the 1 stars with a 5 star. Great game.

I auto-refreshed the page every 5 seconds from 11 pm-3 am. The product was never actually available to purchase. Only those who preordered back on August 12th were able to get their hands on this. BestBuy attempted to sweep all the negative reviews under the rug by removing the listing and the reviews.

Went unlisted and now listed back up and deleted the old reviews? Something smells fishy

Was never available online. Best buy is a joke. I waited tell 1155pm. Coming soon. Refresh sold out. Also why was the original listing removed with the other 60 negative commented??????

This is a great product even though it's really hard to find and sold out in seconds. I'd have loved to have gotten a whole box from best buy, but I've only been able to scrounge a few boosters by buying starter decks I stumbled across at local stores

This was not done properly and sold out before it even became abailable. The listing was taken down and then put back up and now all of a sudden all of the 1 star reviews are wiped. Just adding mine back

Was sold out before midnight. Reviews were removed as well calling them out.
