    I bought this drone as a test project and was refurbished. Not disappointed in the least and saved some money too.

    Bought this item and had to return it the same day. The box was crushed and they sent the wrong propellers, returned and ordered a new mini 3. No refurbished anymore.

    The drone is cool, although the refurbished version came with very little packaging and one of the arms was broken so I will be returning this drone.

    I couldn’t even fly it on the first day due to them shipping the drone without mounted blades and providing not only wrong blades but also wrong screws

    Hello, just want to give some insight about the the mini 3, it’s greay smooth and fun to fly but still not for profetional use, the video is littlr bit shaky especially when there is wind.

    I was very disappointed when my purchase didn’t come equipped with all the needed parts. My order was missing over half of the screws needed to attach the propellers. I then went to Best Buy & explained that parts were missing & was told that it wasn’t their problem and to contact DJI with my problem. I’m not sure I will ever order from Best Buy again after this experience. 1 out of 5 stars.
