I was very excited when this came out! But it's just not up to the hype! Returned mine after multiple times the gimbal would shake and ruined my footage! It will also not handel past 1.5 kilos!

Excellent, I love it especially for the vertical mode

The plastic ring holding the metal to screw in the tripod just cracked and just fell. It can probably be super glued back in but DJI should use a more sturdy material, especially if it’s for a part that’s not replaceable and is meant to permanently attach the metal ring to screw the tripod on. Everything else works great! Thankfully we have Best Buy total protect

Don't like not having the auto lock like the RS 3. the weight difference between the mini and RS 3 isn't enough for me to choose it over the RS3 that has the auto lock and the RS 3 is more upgradable!

As the title says, the pan and tilt on this was very strange. Unless I was doing something wrong, this process was manual via a joystick, and very difficult. While my camera setup is a little larger, it was below the weight limit and this struggled to handle quick movements (you could hear the motors trying to keep up). Eventually returned and could not use for a regular project.

The Product works well… now that I bought an additional part that was missing (the part that mounts the camera). I needed the gimbal for a project the next day. I was not able to use it due to that locations QC. I would not recommend shopping open-box from the Hiram, Ga location.

I returned as I believed the gimbal was heavier than I imagined and a bit more complicated as well. It was going to be more of a challenge than I wanted at the time. I may repurchase at a future date.

Returned this, for me absolutely horrible. But that’s ME! maybe someone more experienced will enjoy this.

The item itself is great, however for “excellent condition” it was not. It had gravel in the box and sand and dirt all in the motors. I had to disassemble the whole gimbal to deep clean it cause the motors and sliders were getting stuck.

I got thia product as open box, parts were missing but not the important ones, I was stupid enough to trust Bestbuy team to check this product before selling it… huge mistake. I just tried to setup the gimbal for my ABKC dog show in vegas, and it can’t move left or right using the “joystick” most likely the person who return it broke it. Good job Bestbuy, I cannot return it I just waited too long to try the equipment, do not ever buy open box, it scks.

The mini itself is great! I was saddened to find out they didn’t include my L shaped C-cord with this excellent open box purchase. It’s too far out and I wasn’t offered a mailing option so yea

Very hard to use and in middle of shoot it was shaking and heavy weight, hard to understand

Product Box Came With Missing Pieces Would Not Allow Me To Return

Received the item but it was missing the mini tripod. It’s virtually useless without the mini tripod (which is supposed to be included in the box but was missing). I instantly contacted support and was told to exchange the item in store. Went to the store and was told that I couldn’t exchange the item. They didn’t even scan it or anything. Next time, I’ll purchase from Amazon.

Broke on first day very disappointed. Very difficult to setup poor institutions.

Sold me a faulty product and won't let me return because I am late by 5 days... As a videographer we don't use a gimbal everyday...

The backward \forward engine died totaly, took the camera out and the motor make noise inside when moving it up and down, i had A7iv with 24-70gm seems like cant handle the weight for very long time, im very dissapointed now i lost almost 400$ and no gimbal

This is my introduction into the world of gimbals, and wow!!! The ease of set up and use has been a real help as I navigate this new tool. It's super light and has a great battery life! The only minor inconvenience is that the touch screen is very sensitive, so I recommend to always lock your screen after you finish dialing in your settings. But overall, this is an awesome beginner gimbal and you definitely won't regret the purchase.

This is just what I needed! I do the marketing and social media for a landscaping company, and with the increased popularity in Reels and video content, I needed to upgrade my equipment to keep up. I use this with a Canon t6i and a 50mm pancake lens and it functions exactly as I need it to! Definitely had to watch a couple of external YouTube videos for help on setup / balancing, and I am still learning, but so far I am happy with my purchase.
