Product Box Came With Missing Pieces Would Not Allow Me To Return

Very hard to use and in middle of shoot it was shaking and heavy weight, hard to understand

Sold me a faulty product and won't let me return because I am late by 5 days... As a videographer we don't use a gimbal everyday...

Received the item but it was missing the mini tripod. It’s virtually useless without the mini tripod (which is supposed to be included in the box but was missing). I instantly contacted support and was told to exchange the item in store. Went to the store and was told that I couldn’t exchange the item. They didn’t even scan it or anything. Next time, I’ll purchase from Amazon.

Broke on first day very disappointed. Very difficult to setup poor institutions.

The backward \forward engine died totaly, took the camera out and the motor make noise inside when moving it up and down, i had A7iv with 24-70gm seems like cant handle the weight for very long time, im very dissapointed now i lost almost 400$ and no gimbal

This is my introduction into the world of gimbals, and wow!!! The ease of set up and use has been a real help as I navigate this new tool. It's super light and has a great battery life! The only minor inconvenience is that the touch screen is very sensitive, so I recommend to always lock your screen after you finish dialing in your settings. But overall, this is an awesome beginner gimbal and you definitely won't regret the purchase.

This is just what I needed! I do the marketing and social media for a landscaping company, and with the increased popularity in Reels and video content, I needed to upgrade my equipment to keep up. I use this with a Canon t6i and a 50mm pancake lens and it functions exactly as I need it to! Definitely had to watch a couple of external YouTube videos for help on setup / balancing, and I am still learning, but so far I am happy with my purchase.

DJI is always 5 stars. Easy to use but you need to take some time getting to know the system. Once you have a handle on how to use it the Mini 3 is fantastic

A fantastic device that really elevated my videography at an affordable price. There is a slight learning curve to the gimbal, if you've never used one before but is MUCH easier than learning on a different platform. Best Buy was able to get this shipped out extremely quick, as per usual. Love the product and as always, I appreciate Best Buy for helping me out!

Works great , light weight, worth the price and money!

Got this for my girlfriend who is starting to get into videography and acting. She absolutely loves it, even if calibrating it was a pain and took forever. But no issues here since and highly recommend.

We love our gimbal and use it every day for filming. Relatively easy to set up and calibrate. Long battery life. Super happy with it, and glad it was compatible with out Nikon D3200 camera.

It came the next day which was helpful, I am so happy I got this product it helped out my content that I creat as a photographer/videographer. One of my best purchases
