MISSING 4 PIECES

I’m missing 3 cords and the focus motor rod mount kit. I’m so beyond disappointed. I needed this for a shoot tomorrow and every gimbal in best buy near me is out of stock. Waited a week just to now have to wait another week.

Best Buy on the other hand is not. They shipped me an open-box item when I purchased new. Would not own up to their mistake?/bait and switch. I would not use them again for anything that's worth more than $20 or so. Dishonest business treating customers this way is not acceptable. Not sure if it is coincidence but can't even upload a photo of the box.

Best Camera Upgrade After Good Lenses

I’ve had an Osmo mobile for a couple years but this is next level for my full size camera. It’s like a cinema quality steady cam without all of the gear. Really excited to get some footage with it. Just make sure you balance your camera correctly. I had trouble at first but then balanced my camera and now it’s like magic.
