I use this for social media for my business. I'm very happy with it! It has tons of features, is fairly intuitive once you get used to it, and easily switches from vertical to horizontal for different social media platforms.
The battery life is very long, so I can complete multiple short shoots, on a single charge.

The DJI RS 4 is a beast when it comes to stabilization. The build quality feels premium and solid, and the battery life is excellent — easily lasting through long shoots. It keeps footage incredibly smooth even when moving quickly, and setup with my Sony camera was easy.
The only downside is the weight. Once you mount your camera, it can get heavy after a while, especially for handheld use. Still, it’s one of the best gimbals out there for serious creators who want pro-level stability and reliability.

I was genuinely impressed by the quality and performance of this gimbal! Right out of the box, it felt solid and well-built. The controls are intuitive, and it was super easy to set up. I’ve been using it to shoot short videos and UGC content — the stabilization is next-level. Even during quick movements, the footage stays buttery smooth.
The battery life exceeded my expectations — I filmed for 3–4 hours straight without needing a recharge. Connecting it to my phone and camera was seamless. Plus, it’s compact enough to carry anywhere, which is perfect for travel or on-the-go shoots.
If you’re into content creation or just want to upgrade your video quality, this gimbal is 100% worth it!

As someone who always has to have the latest and greatest tech, especially when it comes to my filmmaking gear, I've been eagerly awaiting the DJI RS 4 – and let me tell you, this gimbal did NOT disappoint! In fact, it completely blew my expectations out of the water.
From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality just screams premium. It feels incredibly solid and well-engineered, yet surprisingly light for its capabilities. But where the RS 4 truly shines is in its performance and user-friendliness.
First off, the stabilization is, as always with DJI, absolutely mind-blowing. My footage has never looked so buttery smooth. Even with fast movements and dynamic shots, the RS 4 keeps everything perfectly level and jitter-free. It's that professional, cinematic look you always strive for, effortlessly achieved.
What really sealed the deal for me are the workflow improvements. The second-generation automated axis locks are a game-changer. Setup literally takes seconds – no more fiddling around! And when you're done, they snap back into place, making packing up quick and secure. It's such a simple feature, but it saves so much time and frustration on set.
Then there's the native vertical shooting. For anyone serious about social media content, this is a HUGE win. Switching from horizontal to vertical is a breeze, without needing any awkward accessories. It just clicks right in, and you're good to go. This alone makes the RS 4 incredibly versatile for modern content creation.
I also love the Teflon-coated arms. Balancing the camera is noticeably smoother and more precise than previous models. And the control scheme, with the bright OLED touchscreen and intuitive physical controls, makes operating this gimbal a dream. You can easily adjust settings on the fly without breaking your stride.
If you're like me and you demand top-tier performance and efficiency from your gear, the DJI RS 4 is an absolute no-brainer. It's rugged, intelligent, and delivers unparalleled stabilization. This isn't just an upgrade; it's a significant leap forward. Don't hesitate – if you want the best, this is it!

The DJI RS4 is extremely well-built and feels solid the moment you take it out of the box. Setup was fast and intuitive, even for someone who doesn’t work with gimbals every day. Balancing the camera is straightforward, and the motors handle heavier setups with no problem at all. The stabilization is incredibly smooth, turning handheld shots into professional-looking footage without any effort. DJI has always been a reliable brand for me, and the RS4 continues that trend with excellent performance and smart design.

100% More than you need! I mean, it is a fantastic gimbal, but for the price, you can get the DJI Mini 4, with tracking, and a few other accessories. It is a solid gimbal, with great battery life, and it works like a dream, but oddly enough, the mini has more creator based features, while this has more pro features.

It handles my A7II R with a G 35mm no problem. I also tried it with my ZV-E1 and didn’t have any problems stabilizing it either. Better than the mini because it is easier to calibrate and you have the assurance it will handle the camera bodies I mentioned + a G Master lens + a shotgun mic.

Great gimbal, huge upgrade from the Ronin-S. Happy with the build quality. Holds an FX3 with a cage & a 24-70mm GMaster MK1 without struggle as long as you balance it right. Thats about the max weight I would give this if you want full range of motion with the gimbal.

Excellent product, a little heavy, I liked the features of the Roning RS4 mini better, but my lens, camera and accessories are heavy, so this was a very good choice.

It works as expected, great product, only downside is you have to disassemble to place it in gen carrying case. That takes alot of time to reassemble and calibrate before each use. Fix that issue, and its a 10/10 product.
