very impressed with the stability

I was previously using the Ronan SC which was decent, but my payload is too heavy very impressed.

Best gimbal on the market

Very Disappointed in Best Buy

It came shipped to my house in a non padded package and when I opened it almost everything nearly spilled on the ground. I am disgusted that it was assured to be inspected yet was missing the mounting plate, charging cable and all the rest of the things that are considered smaller.
