Fun watch, didn't live up to the hype of what the MCU brings to the table.

It was a very entertaining movie, and the special effects were great.

It's another solid addition to the MCU that really could have been much more. Raimi adds his usual horror flair but it's easy to see where much of the film was reworked/rewritten. Cumberbatch is great as usual as Doctor Strange and the concepts they introduce would have been so much better had they let certain scenes/ideas breath more than they did. It certainly helps to watch WandaVision beforehand because it can get rather confusing, especially when it comes to the motivations and actions of Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda. The ending sets the stage for some interesting storylines in any number of future MCU projects in Phase 5 and 6.

Not as good as the first one, but still enjoyable.

I didn't like this movie as much as the first one, but Sam Raimi certainly made it distinctive. The disc release has some basic supplements. Disney+ has more. Recommended for MCU completists. Otherwise, pass.

A decent Marvel movie. Classic Sam Raimi directing techniques. This film could have used a little more humor. Wish Bruce Campbell had more screen time or at least an Evil Dead reference or two. The magic battle between the two Stranges was not that satisfying. The one-on-one with Thanos was much better. I haven't seen WandaVision but Elizabeth Olsen gives a great performance as Scarlet Witch and her doppelgänger. I'm glad Rachel McAdams received more screen time in this film. Definitely could have used more Benedict Wong too. The mid-credits (he goes crazy?) and end credits scenes (he's no longer crazy?) don't make sense, but what can you do.

I am always a fan of marvel, I normally would give high ratings, but it goes a little more on the evil dead side versus the comic book side. I guess that's cause Rami is involved

Another hit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This time around, Dr. Stephen Strange must do battle with fellow hero, Wanda Maximoff a.k.a the Scarlett Witch across many different universes. This is also the first movie Sam Raimi has directed in almost 10 years and he hasn't lost it. Definite recommend for Marvel fans or comic book fans in general.
