I needed this case for my iPhone since it doesn't have wireless charging capabilities. This was a decent QI wireless case for the iPhone. It was easy to take off and put back on the phone. I don't think it's as durable as some cases on the market. If your looking for a wireless charger to charge your phone in the 2016 suburban then this charger will work on your iPhone. It was more of a pain in the butt to me to I ended up taking it off.

Fantastic Idea for iPhone but slightly half baked

Summary - Great product with good thought to allow induction charging while still leaving you with an access port to plug into your computer. However the biggest flaw (and it is noteworthy) is that it does not come with a USB plug to plug it into the wall. Now wait...you might be thinking, "hey I can just use my iPhone USB plug." Think again. The product literature clearly states that stable induction charging with their system only occurs when you are delivering between 1.5 and 2 Amps of current. Your iPhone USB wall adapter is only 1 Amp. This is why you may find reviews of people frustrated that the charging is inconsistent. Better yet, I went through a drawer full of USB wall adapters. ALL of them 1.0 Amps below the threshold needed for Induction charging. Ok, "what about the iPad" USB wall charger?" Yeah 2.4 Amps (higher than what they want you to use). So here's my point...if Dog and Bone wants to touch the iPhone market (which has a massive footprint) you'd think for the money they'd bother to throw in a USB wall adapter that is somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 Amps. I would highly recommend they do this.... or On the Best Buy Web site, offer a combo pack where Best Buy finds a USB wall adapter that is 2.0 Amps for those buying the iPhone model of Dog and Bone Backbone. Ok now to the good and why I give it 4/5 stars. After rummaging around and finding said 2.0 Amp adapter, it works fantastic. No issues. The case is very durable. Be aware, the port they create is not a lighting bolt port, it is mini USB for you apple people. But I tried it on my computer and it syncs with iTunes just fine so you don't have to take the case off. The iPhone is longer now due to the additional length by creating a connection point on the bottom but it doesn't change the ergonomics drastically so I'm fine with that. Hope the info helps someone looking for a case that allows induction charging of an Apple product.
