The best part of Doom 2016 was the combat and the developers somehow made it even better in this sequel. The finishers are still gory and satisfying. The combat is fast and varied with your arsenal of weapons. And in this game, they made the lore a large part of the campaign rather than a secondary thing like in Doom 2016. If there was one thing I would say I'm not a fan of, it would be the multiplayer.

Doom Eternal on PC is amazing. Mine came with a voucher to redeem on Bethesdas launcher but was able to redeem on Steam just fine. Worth buying here only if you can get it cheaper or like collecting physical game copies.

Everything great about Doom 2016 has been carried over and improved, everything that wasn't great about Doom 2016 is gone, and the developed doubled down on features, story, and overall game and world designed, An impeccably developed shooter.

Very similar gameplay loop as Doom 2016. Fast paced and intense. The humor can get a bit overbearing - it’s very Duke Nukemesque. Many improvements over 2016 in terms of mechanics. Buy this if you enjoyed the previous release.

The game is awesome, you get cool weapons, cool combat, and a variety of demons to punch in the face. They also implemented some new mechanics that I won't spoil. Overall, Doom Eternal was a great experience.

Fast and frantic are the best words to describe doom. This game will have your heart rate up with it's metal soundtrack and hyper gameplay. The visuals are stunning as you glory kill your way through hell.

I've been playing games in the Doom series for years now, and I was looking forward to playing this one. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is great. Overall an amazing game.

Was on Sale for 5 bucks with the steelbook at one point so I grabbed it. The game is so fun and looks amazingly good on pc.

It adds more story to the mix versus the original which was hard for me to get into. To bad it was released at the same time as Half-Life Alyx as I spent more time with that game.

Great price and with my 3080 ti pc I can max out everything with ultra setting plus ray tracing for a beautiful experience.

This game is a relentless adrenaline rush that is both tiring and leaves you wanting more. There has not been an arcade-like shooter this fun in a long, long time!

The game is very good and not to hard to play. It is nice to have another Doom game. Every Doom fan will like this game and the new items you have in the game.

Rip and tear! This is a super well optimized shooter, not for the squeemish. Protect earth from a demonic invasion as you absolutely destroy the forces of hell.

over all this great fun but can be frustrating at times because of the jump difficultys also need to slow the combat a little or maybe thats just me

Doom Eternal is one of the best games I've played in a while. Everyone needs to play this on a good PC. The difference between the pc and consoles is insane.

Excellent sequel. If you liked the last one, you'll probably like this one too as it's mostly more of the same with a few tweaks here and there.

Fantastic FPS game, one of the best. I was able to snag this on clearance for $5 and it came with the free DOOM Eternal SteelBook. The game redeems as a Bethesda key but as of April 27, 2022 they have migrated their launcher to Steam so you are also able to redeem this key directly on Steam. If you have already redeemed the key on the Bethesda launcher you can go through the migration process to move your games to Steam.
