The game is fantastic. As a dbz/tenkaichi fan its beyond great. However I am missing the pre-order content. Support was less than helpful. Transferred me around, two of the agents told me to call the same phone number I had just called. One gave me another number to call but said to call the next day. I wouldn’t have pre-ordered from best buy if I knew this would be this big of an issue.

Best game ever, I was waiting for this game 18 years of my life. Thanks Best Buy for make this happen.

Came in perfect condition. The game isn't as good as I thought but picking it up was easy

First Off For Anyone who didn’t receive the Pre-Order Bonus if you contact Bandai Namco after creating an account you can either create a case or use live chat. Once you provide proof of purchase they will supply you with the code for the Bonus. Understable that the process is a bit lengthy but a fix for those in need. Secondly this game is amazing. Truly enjoying the game so far. Graphics are gorgeous, online play is great, and the game definitely makes you work for your wins!!

I love the game , just like old school tenkaichi. But as many have said no preorder bonus. I wont knock the game for it but bestbuy needs to do better.

Doesn’t come with pre-order bonus. Best buy blames other companies and will not offer any assistance or a partial refund for the paid character included in the pre-order bonus. Wouldn’t recommend shopping with them. Been shopping with Best Buy for over 10 years and this past year has made it pretty obvious to stop shopping with them cause of stuff like this happening. You can see other reviews and online problems involving this and still no help. The game itself is great but Best Buy isn’t.

This game is a great mix of new animations and old tenkaichi games that I and many people enjoyed.

I preordered this back in June. Ive spoken to 2 live agents and both told me different things. One told me i would get and email and the other told me i had to make a phone call and speak with the phone team for best buy. Just got off the phone with them and they said i to wait another 48 hours where i MIGHT get the code. This was all supposed to be done Oct. 8. Now im supposed to wait until oct 13. Whats the point of paying all this money for this ultimate edition if none of the additional contents come with it. Basically paid an extra $40 for the standard edition.

Game itself is fantastic. I did not receive the pre order pack. Support hasnt been able to help me, and this seems to be a problem for most people. Game is great, but I did not get what I paid for.

Great game definitely recommend if your a fan of the dragonball universe.

I like it amazing graphics brings back memories of childhood

Grew up plaing the Budokai/Tenkaichi series as a kid and this feels just like that but better! This FEELS like im in the anime!
