Being a Dragon Ball z fan myself I did research the game play before I bought it after reviewing it from YouTube decide to buy the game collectors edition of course and at first the controls were different then what I'm used to but as of now I know exactly what to do.

Well worth the money in my opinion. As a huge DBZ fan, there was no way I would not have gotten this. The art book that is comes with is great. The scenery statue that it comes with is of good quality and perfect to display. I particularly love the way the hard case it came with, the design of it is beautiful. The gameplay itself is really fun. You basically play through all of the sagas from the show. Lots of free roaming. There’s a lot to do in this game, so you can get a lot of hours out of this game. I would highly recommend.

Great collectors edition for a great game! The art/lore book is nice and big, statue is awesome and detailed, oh yeah, the game is great if you like that sort of thing :P Just a bit pricey though.

My experience playing this game has been awesome I look forward to coming home from work and playing this game that says a lot. I played and watched dbz as a kid and have always been a big fan of it. Sure it has the same old story but it tells it in such a beautiful and RPG way Which has never been done before. This is the game that I always wanted and growing up. There’s a lot more to come for this game and I can’t!!!

such awesome revisit to some of the best sagas in dbz

This is a surprisingly fun and well done DBZ game. It covers the classic story of DBZ from the Saiyan Saga to Majin Buu but there's some nice DB call backs thrown in. I hope to see more like this with Dragon Ball, Super, GT and the movie content whether as DLC or a new title.

You can tell the people working on this game were Dragon Ball fans. I'm loving the game. A few things have disappointed me. No Princess Snake, and other little filler things. No "OVER 9000!", and some other lines. Some scenes cut short a little, like Trunks and King Cold. However, I cannot put the game down. It's so fun to control the characters I grew up with and continue to follow via anime and manga. The world is beautiful. Exploring all the areas is almost a dream come true. It just feels good to play this game while being a huge fan. I bought the collector's edition and have no regrets. It's the first game I have bought physical in a long time, let alone pre-ordered. I bought the seasons pass and cannot wait to see what content will be released with it. Also, being able to fight with my boy Yamcha as a support character is awesome.

This is one of the better anime related games I've played in recent history. It has good RPG elements and fun battles. The story is good as well. Overall it's a great game.

This game is a dream come true for hardcore DBZ fans. It tells the entire story in great detail. There are even special moments that add more to the story! The main line cinematics are unbelievable and even surpass the anime at some points. The game play is light RPG mechanics, nothing too serious. But it is really fun to fly around in the Dragon Ball world. The fighting is actually really fun once you get used to the controls. There's A LOT of content. At 25hrs, I am just entering the Android Saga. Highly recommended for DBZ fans!

Great experience for first time and nostalgic DBZ storyline. Nothing new to the series outside of the sandbox worlds. It was strange how they skipped the Snake Way arc, but kept the Goku and Piccolo get their driver's licenses. No references to DB Super which leaves some to be desired. They do, however, throw in some lost, but not forgotten, original DB characters like Launch as a small fan service. Statue is cool, but I have yet to take it out of the box.

Fun game, great collectors edition, if you're a fan of the series you'll love it!

Good game for those of us who like Dragon Ball anime, that fantastic anime transported us

It faithfully adapts Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball Z manga. Even if you aren't that familiar with the series it is very easy to understand what is going on. The gameplay is a bit here and there but the story and characters of course are amazing as always. A complete treat I'd recommend to anyone

These games have always been hit or miss with me, but can always appreciate them as a fan of the show, but this game however stand out to me a lot. A definite must for any DBZ fan

DBZ had a lot of hype behind it. Unfortunately, it did not live up to it. Boring quests. Boring travel. Boring battles; boring that is when you aren't confused over what the heck is going on. And I got duped into buy the CE. I like the figure that came with it. Had I not used Best Buy rewards to bring the price down by $100 though, I would have been WAY more upset over getting such a sad game. Then again, I could probably find a good DBZ figure for a lot less, even at $100 off...

This is my fav DBZ game! I love reliving the storylines of the show and Monga! The CE included a beautiful statue of Goku and Gohan on the flying Nimbus~

The only game that had the story more correctly, of course some small tiny details that made DBZ weren't all included, but nonetheless a great game!

The game was amazing and for anyone who is a big fan of dbf I recommend this game.

This game is one of the best games from the dragon ball series you gotta check it out ASAP
