Fun game extremely quality! Worth the money!!!!!!!

Has the same mechanical qualities as Minecraft, but it has the charm and lore typical of most Dragon Quest games. It also has objectives and challenges unlike Minecraft. The world is also a giant playground for imaginations of varying degrees.

For fans of Minecraft who may be looking for a bit more crafting and combat, this is for you!

DQ Builders is an absolute blast to play. It is easy to get into and more fun than it has any right to be.

I usually don’t like games like mindcraft but this one lured me in. It’s a very time consuming game but fun.

This is a more focused take on the “Minecraft” formula. With combined city building, world altering, and combat mechanics, it maintains a more “focused” feel, than something like Minecraft. It looks well enough, runs smooth, and is definitely a good time killer. Certainly no DEEP RPG, but it has its moments. My only complaints are that the combat is fairly shallow, and the final world feels a little grindy. Other than that, I definitely recommend.

Fun game, Minecraft feel with goals of building cities for your people. Overall fun, but not super deep

I was a little skeptical at first but after a few hours that skepticism went away! If you haven’t already sign up for the Best But Gamers Club and do yourself a favor of saving 20% off any new or pre ordered game! Even if you just buy a few games a year it will pay for itselve in no time!

I’m a Dragon Warrior/Quest fan so the game having nostalgia made it even better. Never was much of a Minecraft fan but I took to the building in this quickly. Great fun digging and building whatever you want. It lets your imagination go wild. I’m totally enjoying this game.

Good music, fun worlds, lovable dragon quest characters. A good mobile experience for sure.

DQ Builders is a fun game whose building mechanics are closely related to other survival games of its ilk. Not much sets it apart from games like Minecraft aside from sharp visuals and different “levels” which act as biomes for building during story mode. There are clearly defined objectives, but it’s easy to get lost, and traveling the world is a little slow. Combat is stiff, but is serviceable.

I got into it but it got boring so its aright fun i guess

This game is one of the best quests games out there for the switch system. Very fun!

And I get to do it again in the next! Lots of potential per stage, although a bit saddened by not being able to continue in the same world, but different unlockable areas. However, there's a sandbox if you really want to let loose in designing your base!

I thought that this would just be a low-key minecraft clone but boi was I wrong. The adventure mode is great, because there's actually a point to all the building. I haven't done much of the 'free build' mode but I'm sure I'll spend a bunch of hours.

I love this game, I can't put it down! Get it, you will not regret it!

I loved playing this on PS4 when it originally came out, but I couldn't help jump on the chance to have this on my Switch. The gorgeous screen, great controls, and flexibility of the hybrid console make it a fantastic addition to the library.

If you’ve enjoyed Minecraft but wanted more story this is a great game.

There's RPG elements and a deeper experience if you're into Minecraft.
