Really good RPG story and graphics . I really enjoy this game i have played this series for years and highly recommend it to people of all ages that enjoy a good RPG

Top notch game for jrpg fans. The voice acting is good the gameplay is good. The music using midi is ok but doesn't effect the game in my opinion. It very humorous in certain plot lines.

I never thought I would love JRPG games but this one is great! The graphic are beautiful bright and colorful. The story I am so hooked on. Can't wait to see how this game ends.

I am amazed at the great story and elements of this game. It is so great I have missed sleep because the story and game play is so great I want to co to use play it longer than I normally would.

Its probably the best JRPG in decades. Great story and characters. I can't wait for the switch version with the added content. It is a must get if you like traditional fantasy RPGS

This is my favorite of all the Dragon Quest games! Players of the series will argue, perhaps, as Eight, One and Seven were all incredible entries. This game though... just flows. It never misses a beat. Seamless cutting between action and story, scenes of drama and fights that blend perfectly. Characters to hate and fall in love with. It's all here. Oh. Gameplay. All of it is perfect. No kinks. Graphically amazing. Swapping characters and equipment mid battle is a breeze. This is the most accessible Dragon Quest yet. A must play.

I grew up on the old Dragon Warrior games for the nes. This game lives up to those easily. With the updated graphics and beautiful music...this is a must play

DQXI is very much a traditional JRPG, so if you're not a fan of older-style, turn-based RPGs like Final Fantasy VII or Xenosaga, this game is not for you. For the rest of you, this game has tons of charm, humor, and a nice cast of memorable and likable characters.

The story,combat and level system are perfect for new and old school JRPG fans, def a great buy for a long story and fun game. The story is also the best DQ that kept me interested

Got this game for myself as a Christmas present and have been playing it ever since. Lots of fun, great visuals, good story, and only slightly predictable.

Expansive story, tried and true JRPG combat with interesting new mechanics and very endearing graphics and characters. Great for anyone who likes long, story driven JRPGs.

This is my first Dragon's Quest game, so I can't compare it to previous ones. I have enjoyed it quite a bit. I am about 20 hours in and enjoying the combat and odd story.

If you've played any Dragon Quests in the past then you know the story. This one plays just as well but with beautiful 4K graphics and amazing voice acting. Those two things really help drive the story. And a long story it is. You can easily get 100hrs of gameplay of this game. No HDR is a let down however

Reminds me of DQ7 A Cursed King. They've done it yet again. Memorable characters, old school turn based gameplay, awesome graphics, and great story.

Huge fan of the DQ series but didn’t have the time. Fortunately picked this one up and the graphics, music, and combat are all great 3 hours in. Can’t wait for more!

If you are a DQ fan you’ll love this music and graphics are great. Mechanics a little dated but it’s the bread and butter of the series

Dragon Quest 11 sticks to it's roots like most if not all Dragon Quest games do, but 11 adds some much needed quality of life improvements which really improve the game while still feeling like an old school JRPG. No random battles, a nice progression system, a great map system, crafting the list goes on but you get my point. The cherry on top are the visuals, I find myself sometimes just stopping to take it in. I've been playing the game for about 25 hours and have hardly scratched the surface. If you're looking for a good JRPG that you can get your money's worth you can't go wrong with this game.
