DBZ fans old and new will love the action in this movie. It feels like an extended episode of the TV series, but with a higher quality of animation. You do need some familiarity with the characters of the anime from the TV series and past movies. But even if you do no know all of them, you can still appreciate the animation and action sequences.

While Battle of Gods felt very much like a "Reunion" style film, Resurrection 'F' goes back to the DBZ film tradition of having a big bad to fight against for X amount of time. The difference is Toriyama wrote the screenplay which means characters and their interactions are the most on-point they've ever been. Recommended to fans.

Dragon Ball Z is back with a new full length movie. In this movie Friza is brought back to life to exact his revenge, on Guko and friends. Really good movie a lot of action and fun to watch. Must watch for a DBZ fan.

Always been a fan of DBZ... it was the anime that started my addiction. The new Super series is really cool! This movie is beautiful in HD! Vegeta has always been one of my favorite characters and he doesn't disappoint!

I love this movie feels like the old school DBZ fights so much action Vegeta and Goku look awesome. I would definitely recommend this movie to add to their Dragon Ball Z movie collection it's a must have!!!

This movie falls short of the precedent established in the previous entry. While still enjoyable, I felt it was dragging at times and its large draw is how it plays on your nostalgia (which is pretty much what the whole movie does, takes all the plot advancement from the previous entry and largely discards it, sending you back 20 years in time to when the frieza saga was just coming out). Its very enjoyable, while lacking intensity that many of the previous movies posses, it was nice to see a staple of the series given new life (heh sorry about the pun). Certainly not a bad movie if you are a hardcore fan, but others should look to many of the older movies for a better ride. (Also it was difficult for me to get past the change in voice actor/actress of Freiza, since his voice is so iconic to the animated show. Try as i might i couldn't ignore the different voice, which was a large distraction for me during the movie.)

I don't know if I am supposed to review the movie or the quality of the product but, they're both GREAT! I'm going Super Sayian 9000 over this great movie!! FINALLY!! A movie with Cell and Frieza, TOGETHER!

This movie is a sequel to Battle of Gods and is a must for any DBZ fan. It's nice to see Vegeta finally be on the same level as Goku. Can't wait for more movies or a new series based off of this storyline.

Dragon ball z resurrection f is one the many best movies from the dragon ball universe

This was a really good movie for dragonball z fans, even for those who don't watch dragonball z would probably like this movie. Had some really funny moments, amazing animation, a lot of action. 10/10 (:

Well it did entertain me and did made me glad to see returning characters. However I was disappointed in the direction the plot was heading overall. I felt the ending was rushed and could've possibly come out better than it did. Well at least this time the package include a digital copy so I can re-watch it away from home.

Worth a watch if you're a fan of the series. Decent movie.

Unlike Battle of the Gods, which is 50 minutes of filler with 30 solid minutes of actual DBZ, Resurrection F is the opposite, closer to 60 minutes action with 30 minutes filler.

I have been a fan of DBZ since the end of freshmen year in high school. I liked the movie, but there are some plot holes for those who have actually seen all the episodes and some things were not explained on how Goku or Vegeta obtained their new power up. I will say this definitely has more action than Battle of Gods.

This is the one Dragon Ball Z film I was looking forward to from the first trailer. One of the show's greatest villains is back and more powerful than ever, how could this not be amazing?

The first DBZ movei was much better. But I do like how they brought back some older characters from the Universe of DragonBall Z. I also wish that the special edition would have been better than just free post cards and a different case. Over all not a bad movie. :) If you like freeza they you will like this movie

Anytime Frieza comes back is worth a watch. The guys one of the best villains in anything. Anyways the action was solid and the art looked clean. I found a few annoying things in here but they’re personal nit picks of a long time fan of the series. Well worth a watch though I feel.

I got my chance to this resurrection F at the theater and it was an awesome experience. The movie has a bit of comedy in it but it also has incredible fighting scenes. Its a definite must have.

Movie is great! I saw it in the movies and knew I had to own it! For any DBZ fan, this movie is for u! Epically if u have the last movie, it's great for staring or beginning a new collection

Resurrection F is the revamp that the DBZ franchise deserves. The all-out action, phenomenal animation, and character portrayals are everything that fans could want. Definitely recommended.
