The only reason I pre ordered Dragons Dogma 2 at Best Buy was for the steelbook. The day it was released I went to pick up my copy and steelbook but was told the steelbook sold out?!? How could that be since I paid for it in advance?!? It’s not like I went to pick it up a week after release. This was the day of launch mind you. It’s been a week since the game has released and Best Buy has done NOTHING to secure a steelbook for me and probably hundreds of other customers. It’s terrible business like this will keep me from returning for any reason at all. At least Amazon doesn’t get some snot nosed kid, who’s barely old enough to work to tell me what I paid for in advance is sold out while he smirks and whispers with his other child counterparts. So sad.

Once again Best Buy fails miserably at providing the pre-order bonus steelbook with the game at time of pickup. I ordered Dragon's Dogma 2 months ago and it had the steelbook on the preorder. Today at pickup miraculously the steelbook is no longer on my order and the store didn't even receive any. I'm sick and tired of being lied to by this company. I cancelled my order and left a google and yelp review and I plan on filing this with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Pre order bonus of steelbook is in the pictures for the game and listed as bonus, but when i got it only the game no steelbook. Best buy said it was while suplies last … thanks best buy thanks -_-

Preordered as many others did from BestBuy specifically for the steelbook. Ordered through an "expert shopper" who promised multiple times the preorder would come with the steelbook. Checked in a week before release with a support agent, once again saying "rest assured" it will come with the steelbook. Order arrived with no steelbook. Contacted support who told me the only way I could now get the steelbook was to go to the local store, they would definitely have one for me. Went to the store and they have none, and never did have any according to the staff. Completely misled by the "expert shopper" who ordered this for me. Will not be preordering anything through BestBuy again, regardless of bonus offered--it's doubtful you'll get what's advertised anyway.

Went to pick up my pre order, never got my steelbook, and even the employees have no idea what’s going on with those. This isn’t the first time they mess up steelbook orders. I contacted customer service twice, and I was basically told to check everyday and hope for the best, which is disrespectul, considering the promotion said steelbooks were included with pre orders. Disappointing.

Supposed to get a steelbook with preorder. Went to the store and picked up my game and they said my steelbook wasn't in my order. Gave me the customer service #. Treated like a moron and said they couldn't do anything about it. A half hour of my life I can't get back with zero results. Ordering elsewhere from now on

Tried to pick up my preordered copy in store and no steelbook. Employees did agree there was a steelbook in the listing photos but since it wasn’t noted in description I had to pay $10 extra. So I returned my preorder right there. I will just shop elsewhere.

Pre-ordered, confirmed it at pre-order… didn’t get it. At first i was told there was no steelbook… then i referenced agent back to product page clearly stating it… and then told they had none and I would not be getting it… only to now find it listed as a $10 add on purchase? Doesnt make sense

Pre-ordered. Verified with Best Buy customer service I would receive a steelbook. When the game arrived, no steelbook. Contacted customer service and they refuse to help. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Generally I go digital but I was so hyped for this game, I specifically ordered from Best Buy to get the steel book then when I go to pick the game up, the associate says she has no idea what Im talking about and they didnt get any steelbooks in. Dont trust Best Buy.

Pre ordering was pointless. Steelbook did not show up with game and customer service said my sku did not match the steelbook order and i should of bought that version. Pretty sure that is not how pre orders work. Last time I bother pre ordering from here.

Preordered well in advance, the steelbook is listed still and included in all of the images.

Did not get my steelbook with my pre order. That was the only reason i ordered from best buy. Now i see them on sale on the app for 10 dollars. Way to go best buy. Ill start ordering my games elsewhere.

Didn't get the steelbook. I preordered the first day available. Best Buy was the only place offering the steelbook which is the only reason I preordered from them. Never again. I'll just support a local video game store I stead.

It was alluded to come with the preorder and then didn't and can't even purchase it separately if I wanted to. Very disappointed with the Bestbuy marketing for this and for the lack of being able to even get it separately

I pre-ordered the game, but there is no steelbook available.

Was supposed to receive this as a preorder bonus for this game but never got it then was told by customer service that it doesn't come with the preorder but there's no other way to purchase it

I'm very disappointed. I specifically pre-ordered the game through Best Buy and chose in-person pickup to get my steelbook. The rep said none of the games have steelbooks with them.

No steelbook included in preorder. Frustrating that bestbuy lies through their teeth, I was assured it would be in my order
