    Dredge is a fishing game with some simple resource management set in a Lovecraftian horror universe. If you enjoy games like My Time at Portia or Stardew Valley but wish they were focused on fishing and horror: this game is for you. Fully recommend.

    Really fun game, pretty quick play. Wouldn’t say the deluxe version was worth the extra money, it’s basically stickers and some dlc.

    Fishing in video games, whether the center of the game or a side activity, tends to be more miss than hit with me due to aggrevating mechanics or it being too lengthy of an endeavor with little reward. Dredge manages to keep things fresh with a myriad of ways to haul in your catch, a nice set of environments, and a persistently unsettling aura.
