This is the third of this model that I have installed. All are working very well. And with the improvements in this model, install from my iPad was very easy. I have even moved them between houses when required and reconnecting to a different WiFi was very easy...

I have used several different types of home monitoring and this one is the easiest to set up and had a nice wide angle lens and I love that you can speak thru the camera.

easy to use. Installed by bestbuy. software and app are also easy to use. My only complaint is that you must pay a monthly fee if you want to store or review old footage.

This camera was purchased for my husband and I to be able to check on our newborn from work. It has great video quality and a wide viewing angle. It has motion and sound alerts that make it easy to know when to check in. These alerts are saved in an activity log making it easy to go back and check past activity. We paid extra to save activity for 7 days. We can easily go in and save a clip of our daughter doing something cute. My favorite feature is the ease of checking the camera from my phone, tablet or pc.

As advertised, I was able to set up this camera in less than 5 minutes. Great online viewing application. Some confusion when logging on to view now as it appears Nest has acquired or affiliated with Dropcam and it wants me to agree to Nest Terms and Conditions.

Easy to set up and install on Smart phone: Note 4. Offers a recording service-first ten days free without signing up, then $9/month per camera. In my opinion that is too high a price to pay for an ongoing service. There is no ability to record to a PC or other hard drive .

Works great. Clear HD quality. Responds quickly when motion or sound is detected. Alerts via mobile device quickly as well. Fish eye lens allows for great surveillance coverage. Will drop out if wif-fi connection is not strong. Overall a great product that suits my needs.

This has to be easiest camera to set up and Ive done a bunch. Download app plug in camera set a setting or two and bam your up and running! The alerts and notification section set up is so easy also.

Love my Nest drop cam! I can check up on my dog when I am not at home. I can even talk to her. Love the email alerts and settings you can personalize. I like the fact that the Nest drop cam and Nest smoke detectors work together. Piece of mind-priceless.

Tried other cameras. Dropcam is the best by far for iOS considering wide field of view, night vision performance ease of set up and review of detected motion.

We had 2 D-links that worked for only a short period of time. After reading reviews we purchased this one which has not yet stood the test of time but so far is working fine. I did not give it 5 stars because it doesn't rotate and is on the expensive side.

Easy to use with mobile iPhone and iPad. The only issue I had was I didn't know you have to pay for a subscription for recorded services. There was no option to use your own DVR system. Otherwise it's a good product and the videos are crystal clear.

Had this product for a couple of weeks and so far, found it excellent in terms of funtionality and ease of use. It was easy to set up and easily synced up with my mobile devices and computer.

Camera purchased to monitor new puppy. It has a two way microphone to listen or speak commands to puppy if necessary. Excellent quality of picture & ability to zoom in on my iPhone. I have monitored puppy while away at a distance of 90 miles.

I have a retail boutique in North Reading, Ma called Brissonte Gifts & Home Decor and this is my third DropCam for my business. It is a handy tool and allows me to see just about every corner of my shop. Love it and I highly recommend it.

This is the best camera for small survelince needs. Pretty clear viewing and a wide angle that covers my whole room. Has a speaker and mic built in that picks up noises or you can talk someone or pet. The only negitive is the company wants you to pay a monthly fee for recording your camera views and many other companies include this service. It was almost a deal breaker for me but I did not love the other cameras. For the cost, the recording should be free.

This is a great camera for non-tech savvy people who just need to keep an eye on something at home. The audio was a surprising bonus and the picture is very sharp, although you do lose clarity when you try to zoom in. It is super easy to set up and works great with both Apple and Android smartphones. $200 is pretty cheap for a product this good. I was really surprised at the quality.

I got this to help keep an eye on my mother, who needs help and assistance. A great devise with anywhere access and motion alerts. Setup was not as smooth as expected, as the app seemed to require a strong wifi connection. Everything I expected
