I know most people would write off this movie as another lazy Hollywood excuse to dig up a classic comedy and try to capitalize on it's old popularity, however this movie does have enough original, crass jokes that it can stand on it's own as a good comedy.

This movie is definitely not better than the original, but I don't think it was trying to be. It's a love letter to the fans of the original and it's very funny.

Oh my goodness, I had forgotten how funny this was. Went to the movies with some friends, we were rolling... so funny. I watched some of the deleted scenes, pretty good.

Finally after 20+ years a good sequel is released. But, was it just to late? Though it wasn't a box office block buster. It was okay, definitely better than the first time they tried at it. It is full of throwbacks to the first movie.

I was just looking for a funny movie to watch one day.

It was great to finally see a sequel to the hilarious 1994 comedy DUMB AND DUMBER. I was thrilled to see Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels returning to the hilarious roles of Lloyd and Harry. The sequel is really good and Carrey and Daniels prove they've still got it! The picture quality of this blu ray is excellent. Looks as good as it did in the theater! Sound is also fantastic. The Blu Ray also features some excellent Bonus Features from on the set showing the making of the movie mixed with interviews with cast and crew. You can also watch a roll of outtakes that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. This is a fantastic Blu Ray Release! Hopefully Lloyd and Harry will be back for a 3rd time...let's hope!

I absolutely loved the original. I had high hopes for this particular sequel, even though I didn't watch it in the theater. I only purchased because it was on sale, but it's definitely a must watch for those that saw the original. Although the jokes are somewhat expected now, since we're well aware of how Harry and Lloyd are, but Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels still pulled it off. Both of them have had such great careers, but it must have been a nice change of pace for them to go back to these roles and have some fun. Must watch for those that saw the original, but only buy if on sale or if trying to build movie library.

When I saw the first Dumb and Dumber I really did'nt think it was all that funny, but after watching it again for the second and third time, it became hysterically funnier. Dumb and Dumber to started out similar to the first, as far as not quite being that funny comedy I was expecting, but by the time it got to the Parrot scene and the hungry cat farting feathers, that was it. I was practically rolling on the floor throughout the rest of the movie! Kudos to Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels for pulling it off again! If you liked the first one, you will crack-up even more on this!

Jim and Jeff revisit one of their most beloved characters in this laugh out loud comedy. Although mixed reviews made me hesitant, I found that I cared to see where the characters were and what they are up to. There are some rehashed jokes here and there, but the funny is still there and delivers in many aspects, I will continue to laugh at them being dumb even if they continue the franchise past this as long as the two actors are together with the Farrelly Brothers, I'm in! It's definitely better than When Harry met Lloyd that the studio tried without them....

My favorite movie, glad I found it on Best Buy after such a long time, the best thing.... I only payed 5$

If you liked Dumb & Dumber then you will probably like Dumb & Dumber to. It has the same funny/gross humor. Carrey and Daniels slip back into their roles very comfortably. While the first Dumb & Dumber was a classic, Dumb & Dumber to tried to feed off the energy of the first film. It worked in parts of the movie and other parts left you hanging. But I admit I really liked the first film and actually enjoyed the sequel but not to the same degree. If you are bored and want to watch a mindless movie, this movie would fit the bill.

Dumb and Dumber was a terrific movie, the follow up "prequel" that they tried to do to carry the story onward was a failure... So they tried bringing back the original duo for a new adventure. It had moments that had me laughing loudly, but sadly most of the laughs were shown in the trailers... Tried a bit too hard, but don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the movie, and would recommend it to Jim Carrey fans, or Dumb and Dumber fans. However if you are not a fan of the first one, this one won't sway your opinion.

Well, compared to Dumb and Dumber, this movie was bound to disappoint. However, I still enjoyed it enough to buy it on blu-ray of course. The humor isn't as fun or magical, but it's still really neat to see Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels do their thing, and that's why this gets 4 stars instead of 3. Oh, and to all the parents of younger kids out there, you may want to hold off on letting them watch this...the humor can be a bit offensive at times, unlike that in the original.

Always a good laugh when one is needed! Highly recommend for stupid humor.

I thought the movie was hilarious. I thought it was as good as the number one movie maybe a tad better. I think Carrie did a fantastic job as usual I think the storyline was great I thought they did fantastic on the movie 4 stars man it was wonderful would definitely recommend it to my friends.also I think Jeff Daniels did a terrific job as usual they make the greatest gifts I've ever seen in a movie I hope they come out with a number 3.

Waited years for 2nd part of Dumb and dumber, definitely delivered!

although not completely devoid of laughs, dumb and dumber 2 is certainly far better than the ill fated prequel some may have been a victim of seeing. This movie certainly doesnt hold up to the original and loses a bit of the magic they captured with the first film. Absolutely worth seeing once... as a reminder that the classics remain classics, and trying to build off the them is often a labor of love, that not everyone enjoys.
