I bought these purposely for my remotes controls around the house. They work well and last a long time.

With a ten year shelf life, you don't have to worry about over-buying. The Duracell are consistently the best performing major brand battery for the money. On the down side - always remove these batteries from devices that are not used for more than a year - they will leak. The funny thing is, they will leak when in the device, not when they are outside the device. Some strange chemical reaction with the plastic and/or metal of the device?

Duracell batteries are always dependable and long lasting and my first choice of batteries to buy.

Long lasting batteries, nothing worse than reaching for your flashlight when you need it, and it doesn't work. Well it could be worse, the batteries die in your child's favorite toy the first hour of a six hour car trip. OK, so it could be worse .... your husband reaches for the remote and .... it's too horrible to continue. So stock up on quality batteries to enhance the quality of your life!
