The surge protector was purchased because it had lots of outlets to use for various parts of our internet/tv entertainment system. We wanted to simplify the wiring around the various components and this allowed us to use strip instead of two smaller ones. Cannot tell whether the surge protector really works but no indication that it does not. Very satisfied.

Works great for the price. Love the flat plug and tons of space for connecting bulky plugs, which seem to be the norm with smart devices (e.g., Amazon Echo, Google Home Mini, Apple 12- and 18-watt chargers, Dyson Purifier, etc.) We keep one behind our entertainment center and use the USB plugs to charge gaming controllers.

I love my Dynex 12-outlet USB surge protector strip. After some rearranging, I was able to fill up every plug, plus plug my Amazon Fire Stick and Chromecast Audio into the USB ports - perfect! 14 outlets for the price of 12! Flat wall plug and sturdy cord does not get hot when pulling all those amps to run my equipment. I was going to get the 8-plug because it was so cheap, but I'm glad I sprung for this investment!

Great surge protector! I like how the outlets are laid out it makes it convenient for plugging in almost any type of device plug you need to power. I like the 90 degree wall plug makes putting the cord behind furniture or something else easier because it's not causing it to stick out 3 inches it's more like 1 inch.

The advantage Is that it not only has 12 different outlets, but It also has 2 USB outlets too. So we didn't have to look for any more power outlets. This is great for the desk at home. Everything can plug in to it and be protected. It just need a little more spacing between each outlet for big plug-ins.

Works well, and has a nice low profile. Fits perfectly in one of those wiring baskets that suspend under a desk, almost like it was made for it. Replaced a more "upscale" expensive model, and it works fine. Not the prettiest, so keep that in mind if it's going to be visible, but if not, it's good at what it does.

Got this unit because of the surge protection and that if offered plenty of outlets along with USB. Liked the fact 4 of the outlets were spaced to accommodate plugs that had the power blocks attached. Also like the plug was a right angle to it didn't stick out from the wall so much. So far so good with the product. I assume the surge protection is still working so far.

So I've recently gotten into streaming and have more gadgets, devices, electronics and everything else you can think of so I needed extra plugs and wanted a surge protector that could supply power to all these different size plugs. This is definitely a quality built item. Will buy again when need more plugs

Excellent, straight forward surge protector. My old one burnt out and this is more than what I needed it to be. I have it discretely hidden away, but it has an amazing capacity of outlets to accommodate every electonic I need near my bedside, with outlets and USB ports to spare, while protecting them too! And the price was incredible for what you get. I love this thing.

This has lasted several years. I always have multiple devices connected and need a reliable multi port surge protector. This works great to connect 2 laptops, docking station, monitors etc.

Works well so far. Was able to plug a desktop with dual monitors, alarm clock, TV, cable box, google home mini, and a portable heater. There’s still room for one more and 2 usb but so far it’s been working consistently. Definitely would purchase again in future. Dynex is definitely improving their product quality.

I bought the economic and efficient electrical surge protector a few months ago. This is my second one, which is a great purchase due to the quality and protection of my electronic devices at home. It is durable and consistent and protects your TV, PC, and other electronic equipment. I would recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love this surge protector. The design layout is perfect. There is not empty sockets not being used because another plus is in the way. I also love that there is the two usb ports. I use them to charge my phone and speaker which saves two extra spaces now. Definitely recommend this surge protector the price and quality make it so worth it!!

12 outlets is a lot but you may not be able to use them all depending how big the cord ends are. Two USB charging ports (2.1 amp) are a bonus over the competition. The joule rating is a measure of how big a power surge can be absorbed. This one has a good 1200 joule rating. Indicators for ground protection and that surge protection is working are there too..

I have 2 of these surge protectors. I have replaced the older brands that were bigger and had rigid power cables that would look like clutter . The Dynex is smaller but has more outlets with USB ports. It takes less space and looks pretty nice. I will get more at this price.

The spacing of the outlets, overall design, sliding blocks, as well as the inclusion of USB ports have made this my go to power strip/surge protector. I've nabbed 3 of them so far as will definitely be buying them more as I need them. I tend to try to pick them up when they're on sale, so watch for the sales prices for maximum value.

Got this 12 outlet sure protector and it works great for my entertainment system behind the TV stand. Outlets are spaced far apart to accommodate larger plugs and doesn’t leave things crowed which is a plus. It also has two USB ports for plugging in any devices you need. Also the plug on this unit is an angled one and is slim. It fits great against the wall without protruding at all.

Just purchased the printer so I am and still assessing it long term performance. This unit is replacing an 8 year Brother 2270DW which has been a workhorse so I decided to purchase another Brother laser. We needed a color printer and for the price the 3270CDW looked to be a good investment. The set up was strait forward and simple. Be sure to update the firmware though. The unit kept jamming when printing double sided but once the firmware was updated it printed perfectly. Great color and print quality. The direct print is a nice feature as well and makes printing from my cell phone a snap. So far, very please with the purchase.

I really like this surge protector. Mine got ruined so I needed a new one and Best Buy had it on sale for a decent price. it has 12 outlets, spaced out enough that all of my plugs fit on it fine and 2 USB ports to charge with as well. The cord is long enough that I can keep the protector pretty far from the wall without the cord being able to trip anyone.

Purchased this power surge to replace an old one that didn't last. So far this surge had been great. Congress with 12 outlets and 2 USB connections and I have used just about every single outlet without any problems. I would definitely recommend this power surge outlet.
