      This product was being use with USB hub and has many problems with my computer. Do not recommend this product to anyone will not buy anything else from this supplier

      these hdmi cords are great! not only do they work perfectly but they are sturdy cables that you don't have to worry about breaking easily. my fiance and I were late to up grade to hdmi cables using the reg cables that come with devices (i.e. gaming consoles) because we didn't see the point in spending extra money on diff cables how ever these are worth the money after getting them and using them. they say for playstation but I am using one for my xbox 360 and it works wonderfully.

      I bough this cable as an alternate to the short 16" USB that came with the MyPassport. Its appearance was good and the price was right, but the micro-USB plug was too short to captivate inside the drive recepticle. That was worsened by the moulded plastic plug, which was physically TOO BIG to go inside the USB socket on the drive. The plug would go in, but not far enough, and sould "snap" or detent in place. It would quickly fall out after releasing ahold of it with your hand. Was forced to return the cable. It may be perfect for other applications but not for MyBook Passport.

      A generic USB cable should be a couple bucks, not $15. While one expects mark-ups for overhead, this is insulting. Folks, it costs the manufacturer about a quarter or less to crank these things out. Do yourself a favor and spend (shipped) 1/3 of this for a better quality product from a reputable online retailer.
