Perfect for providing extra length with phone while walking

My six foot stereo mini cables were, in fact, six feet long. They also were effective connectors between my TV and my earphones. I could not look inside to see what was under the insulation, but presume it was copper, a metal now of significant value. There were connecting jacks at both ends and these did in fact connect, allowing the effective flow of electric current. Care should be taken not to place the six foot connecting cables in a place where you might trip over them or where dogs, cats and small children might chew on them. Severing the wire, at a minimum would make them less effective at what they do best, connecting. If you need twelve foot connections, it is possible to combine two six foot cables. Too many six foot cables connected together might cause enough electrical resistance to lower the signal strength.

It does what it claims. Solid construction and no noise.

We used this to connect headphones to the DVD players in the car. My kids usually ride in the 2nd row and the noise from the TV's don't bother me...I've learned to tune it out. LOL. However, we had family in town (That doesn't have kids of their own) and the TV noise was getting to them. The headphones didn't reach to the third row where my kids were. So we purchased this extension and it worked great and reached to the 3rd row with excess. This kept everyone happy...my kids got to listen/watch their cartoons and my visiting family didn't have to hear it.

I bought this extension cable 4 years ago and had no problems with it what so ever. It does work great and I had no issue with it at all. it is handy when you want to listen to tv at night when others are sleeping, so I plug it in the tv and use my headphones. I sit very close to the tv so the cable length is perfect for me, but I think for others they will need much longer cable.

I needed this to use for an earpiece while wearing a helmet for doing some test filming in the mountains. Since I was riding an off-road motorcycle, I needed something that would be long enough so I could trail it without risking it getting tangled. The shielding is a bit soft and wouldn't allow for much abuse, but the functionality was what I needed to get the job done. Good product, I'll be using it again in the future.

I need to have music or audio sound from my TV, but in order to do that I need to have an extension cord that will be able to travel with me throughout my small apartment an I feel I have found a good extension cord in the Dynex - 6' Stereo Mini Extension Cable, my stereo system sounds better than wireless headphones, therefore, the extension cord serves its purpose in a big way.

Having said the above, there isn't much more to say about an extension cable except that, well, it's an extension cable! I use it to connect my MacBookPro and iPod to my Bose Series III speakers. The extension cable also acts as an antenna for my iPod when I use it for radio broadcasts. The extra length helps bring radio stations in better.

This cable comes in quite handily for getting my kids MP3's on their phone from the back seat to the aux jack in the front seat. I normally use a 3 Ft cord to plug my IPod in so I needed the extra length to get from the back seat. They still control what song is next up so I'm don't have to change the song while driving.

I attached this to the end of my earbuds to extend the cord to my computer so I could get up and grab a glass of water/have less movement restrictions when at my desk. It works with no loss of audio quality that I can tell. I have had no issues with the cord and have been happily using it for months.

If you need an extension to your audio cable, this is perfectly adequate. Decent price, though I'm sure you could find cheaper ones else. Basically, it works for me. I needed an extension for my headphones so I could watch tv as loud as I wanted in the middle of the night without disturbing my family. This did the trick.

Like the title says, it works as it should. I bought this to replace the cord on my daughter's headphones. She actually likes this cord better than the braided cord she had worn out. She said this one isn't as cheap as the original. Funny thing is, this is actually the less expensive cord!
