Deducted one star only because the width of the slot to feed the paper is a bit narrow. As others have said you need to fold a paper over a few times. Otherwise size and capability of this shredder works perfectly.

I use this to shred the credit card offers I get in the mail. Note that you have to fold paper to shred. It only shreds envelope-sized papers, but it does the trick.

I purchased a Toshiba laptop online July 10th. On July 14th I received an email showing a price $50 lower. I checked the Best Buy website and it said if a product goes on sale during the return period Best Buy will refund the difference. I called customer service and after reaching out to a couple of people I was able to get my $50 refunded. Best Buy stepped up to the plate and I appreciate it.
